the staff was very friendly, breakfast was OK, room was nice although ours was on the third floor (no lift). when we arrived we were offered an upgrade for 5£ a night which was nice since we got a room
with an extra bed.
The hotel is located in Camden which is very handy for the British Museum. Also very easy to get to the theatre district and anywhere else because two tube stations are close by.
