For the price this hotel was pleasant. The room was small but it had a lovey big window to look out of. It was in a nice area not too far from the tube. The staff were friendly and helped us out when we needed. Only downside was there was something left in the fridge from previous guests.

Can't really complain, small room but acceptable, clean bedding. Only problem was the noise from the main road. And the on suite shower cubicle is small. Other than that, not bad at all. Friendly pleasant staff. I would use again.

Half term London trip with very little choice left . Promised apartment type room for 3 which in fact was a sink and kettle built into a wardrobe. Tiny old towels for the showers with minimal tea/coffee provided. Room so small you couldn't walk round them with no wardrobe space. Double glazing was so old all traffic noise came in....

I'm always amazed by how much the standard and cleanliness is twice as good in mainland Europe compared to London for half the price. The noise from the road was unbearable. Similar establishments in Europe have modern double glazed windows which shuts out sound but here they still have the old fashioned sash windows that don't close properly. A pathetic...

We stayed for 11 nights and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is made up from two large old building in the area, so the rooms are not very large or modern. But they are very tidy and very close to amenities. Public transport is only a 5 minutes walk away. It is one of the quieter...

Overall disappointing. Stuff gave always the impression of dealing with us because they had to, one of the less friendly bunch of people I have had to interact with in my life. Two examples: 1) With my friends, we come back in the night to drop two of them and then continue. We asked to use the toilet downstairs to...

Walls are very thin so could hear toilets flush and people walking around on our floor. Room was clean which is a positive. Dont expect too much but its cheap so you cant really...

A/C available on my room. Small room (as usual in UK) but clean and old and tiny bathroom. Man in reception not very friendly but correct. Room was opposite to road so really quiet. There was fridge, utensil & microwave in room. Breakfast is limited~ bread, cereal, boiled egg, two different juices (mango-orange), jam and slices of cheese but attendants...

Reception and breakfast staff helpful and polite, rooms fit for purpose ok so the rooms may need updating but bed comfy clean linen shower clean and worked well. The hotel was a handy location for the tube from Shepherds Bush station in to London so worked well for us.

My partner and I stayed here last night- we paid £143 for 1 night (but expected to pay this as it was new years eve) the room was quite dated but the staff were friendly and the room was clean. Nice fresh bedding and complimentary toiletries. I liked the idea of the mininkitchen area - we had a kettle (standard)...
