We stayed for one night and we tremendously enjoyed this hotel. The room was very comfortable, we enjoyed the terrace, the bathroom was very spacious and well equipes, the breakfast was really good and the staff so friendly. We will definitely be back.
this hotel ticks every single box - delight from start to finish rooms service and reception staff all go out of their way. this has to be your hotel of choice when in London even the top of the range hotels like savoy would struggle to compete
booked this hotel for a birthday get way. we stayed in a deluxe double bed room ( there was nothing deluxe about it ) I think there only difference between that room and the standard is an added window. we had to change rooms serval times due to the level of satisfaction. the positive in this is that the staff were happy to help and very accommodating. there is no parking so you have to park at a private car park which charges you £40 a day at a discounted rate from the hotel. Would not stay here again.
Eleha is the best! Great little bar, 2-4-1 drinks 5-9pm!! Eleha made our night! A must go to to start the evening or stay all night. Inexpensive and great pizza menu. Like the vibe and the hospitality was honestly second to none!
Lovely staff and they're what really made my stay here delightful. The bar is lovely for chilling and Elena's cocktails are delectable and she really knows her stuff. Very pleasant and had lovely chats with her while sipping on the scrummy drinks. Very welcoming team and accommodating of our needs.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing, luxurious, fancy, special. Booked the room with hot tub for my husbands 40th birthday. Room immaculate, had asked for happy birthday bits in room. Chocolates, balloons, rose petals and beers waiting. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast very nice. Cocktails fantastic. Great art on display. Perfect hotel. Thank you.
Just stayed here for one night before flying out of Heathrow, and absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was fabulously decorated, as was the whole hotel, so many quirky touches which we loved. Only issue was the size of the bedroom- it was TINY and with 2 big suitcases this wasn’t ideal, but the bathroom was big, and this definitely wouldn’t put me off staying here again, would love to stay longer next time.
Great location and a really funky hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. Refreshing. Our Jimmie Martin suite was like a self contained flat and was both huge and comfortable. The terrace was definitely a real bonus, too. Overall a great few nights away and would highly recommend. Well done all!
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this hotel. It is a true hidden gem that deserves a lot more recogniton. We stayed in both the 'Jimmie Martin Penthouse Suite' along with the 'Drop dead gorgeous splash suite" (the clues are in the names ;) Both were fun and you have to visit to experience what that means! Working in this industry during and after covid has and still is very challenging which is why I want to thank so much and draw particular attention and recognition to the most wonderful hard working staff. You are all amazing x In particular I would like to mention Elena, Julia and Liviu and there were more that I cant recall the names but you all made our visit very special. Hand on heart we will definitely be back and to anyone reading this, please go and experience this sparkling diamond of a hotel. Its a very special place xxx Thank you everyone !!!…
Would definitely stay in this hotel for my next visit to London. It's in a great location - ideal for the Albert Hall and some of the major museums. Our room was very comfortable and even had a balcony. The staff were friendly and really helpful.
