Mihaela went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy at the hotel. A few days prior to our arrival, one of two rooms that we had booked was cancelled without our knowledge. I contacted the hotel and they said they were sorry but they were booked and they could accommodate us on a few days but not the entire stay we had booked. I was very stressed out considering we had made the reservation a few months prior and this cancellation was done without our knowledge. I ended up calling the hotel and speaking to Mihaela who quickly rectified the situation for us and assured us everything would be fine upon our arrival. When we arrived, Mihaela and Merwin were at the front desk and they took care of everything for us and made us feel at home. The entire Vauxhall staff was very helpful and seemed to really care about all the guests. We were treated kindly and with respect and felt very comfortable at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff is top notch. The breakfast staff keeps the area clean, tables are quickly disinfected between guests, and food is added as it runs low. It was definitely nice to have breakfast provided as part of our stay. The croissants were very tasty and they also had yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit and some warm breakfast foods like eggs, hash brown, sausage, etc. Coffee and Tea are available 24 hours a day. And they have a washers/dryers available to use in the basement if you need to wash your clothes- definitely a rare find! We will definitely stay here in the future when we visit London. From the moment we walked in the welcome was outstanding. The reception staff were exemplary and explained everything we would need for our stay. Also awarded guest of the day, made to feel very special with vouchers and early check in. Nice touch !! We were early for check in but our room was ready so we were able to drop off our cases and go and explore London. Warm cookies on arrival, coffee and tea available 24/7 from reception area. Room was comfy cosy and very clean. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The communication from the hotel via email was excellent prior to our arrival. Requests were made and all were honoured. All staff were polite and very helpful at all times. Overall a wonderful stay would recommend 100%. Thank you We will definitely return. …

Very nice hotel in a quiet residential area but very close to the Embankment and City attractions. The hotel is new and very clean and well appointed. It is 7 minutes walk from several underground stations but has several parks and open spaces on the doorstep

I really enjoyed the stay. 5-10 min walk from Vauxhall station. Easy access from to the rest of the city sights and can take Southwestern rail. The rooms were roomy for European standards and they have a modern design. I had the king bed (felt like queen bed) refrigerator studio suite with a kitchenette - including fridge, microwave, and an electric stove. They offer a free continental breakfast. The croissants are quite delicious. Their lounge area is 24 hours - and you have unlimited access to drinks - milk, orange / apple / pineapple juice, sparkling water, coffee / espresso machine. On Mon to Wed evenings from 6 - 8 pm they offer free wine beer cheese charcuterie mixers which was nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. I would definitely come back again. I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and it was nice! Good staf, good and calm location (something I wasn't hopping for) and the room was nice with a lot of space. The only thing down point breakfast was insufficient and not very international. There was no coffee machine which maybe works for a british person but for other nationalities it's not good. And even in the food... Very little variety. I recoment this place for a short stay in London

Such a great location. Immaculate clean rooms and fantastic service. The kitchen facilities in the room help so much as you don’t have to eat out every night. There is free coffee all day long in the room and in the lobby too

Stayed here 7 nights with my kids while we toured London and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was hearty and the room was comfortable. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. Convenient to Vauxhall tube station and we easily walked there each day. Room was remarkably quiet with no hallway noise. Room had kitchen with fridge, sink and stove. Large bottles of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and lotion in the bathroom were great. Complimentary washer/dryer laundry room was very helpful and appreciated but the dryers took 3 hours to dry per small load. Hotel is in great location but on a quiet side street making for a quiet night's sleep. Would 100% stay here again when visiting London.
