Complete waste of a stay at this hotel, although it was generally clean, the staff were very rude. The rooms were small and we had a view of rubbish and a brick wall. Also the room next door were able to see into our room if we had the curtains open, this meant we needed to keep them closed for...

Complete and utter waste of money! Firstly the staff were very rude! The room was tiny!!! Opened the curtains to look out and the view was of a brick wall and next doors window so there was no privacy unless you left your curtains shut all weekend which meant the room was hot and stuffy. If you leave the hotel...

I do not recommend this hotel for +120€ a night. Really old room located in the basement. Paint hanging from the wall, 20 dead flies in the lamp, broken bathroom door etc. From a hallway toilet you could access a window directly to our room. Noice from the restaurant at 6.30. Do not stay here!

The 'Hotel' should be renamed to London Hell. It's predominant features are extremely dirty rooms and rude personnel. On top of that the pricing is not consistent, the managers are just trying to steal as much as possible from you. I gave them a call (I was desperate for a room) and the quote given was 100 pounds per night....

Hotel was very nice and adequate. In a perfect postion for the tubes. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice and the room was ideal. To look at the room areas some may say it needs a modernisation, but for the price it is very good value for money. I will use the hotel again.

The haven hotel is very warm friendly place with free breakfast every morning the rooms are amazingly reasonable for the area of London and it is near edgeware tube so you can access any part of the city including major attractions. The staff were very nice Russian I believe they were sweet and helped us whenever we need it for...

Okay - the sheets were clean; but there was precious little else to recommend this place. The rooms were small and hot (London in the summer is horrid, and no a/c turns every room into a purgatory where you have a choice between windows open on incessant traffic, or sweating). The rooms were not clean - a lick of paint would...

Whilst providing the basic necessities at a reasonable price for the area, the condition of the furnishings leaves a lot to be desired - curtains were dirty and damaged, the shower worked but not at a decent pressure nor constant temperature, the bedroom floor had not been thoroughly swept and cleaned. Cooked breakfast was poor in quality with only options...
