This little hotel is run by a husband & wife and they couldn't do enough for us. It was clean bright and the food ( full English) was really lovely and plenty of it. My only moan is the room we stayed in was extremely warm and we were unable to open the window due to traffic noise. Maybe a...

Husband and I stayed for a bank holiday weekend. Good but not great. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. A bit small and the bed was too sofa, however for the price and location to the tube station, we enjoyed out time there. Would use again for a short break.

Booked the hotel for a trip to London. The room was small and had several problems. I.e the kettle lead did not reach the socket, the balcony door did not lock properly and the number of sockets was inadequate. On arrival we noticed that the shower head was hanging loose but when we mentioned it to the staff it was...

It's conveniently near Paddiington station. We walked from there - it probably took 10 mins? Might be a bind to walk if you had a lot of luggage. The area is pleasant. The outside of the hotel was well-presented. The reception area was spacious and the reception staff welcoming and efficient. The room itself was a bit small and the...

We had a 3 bedded room which was clean and comfortable. Great for what we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the English breakfast was good. Not a lot of room but good enough to sleep and refresh. Thank you

We stayed for three nights at Haven Hotel. The room wasn't big, only room for three beds. The only window was facing towards messy garden. As to sleep in there are no complains, but otherwise nothing spectacular. Big surprise was the breakfast which actually is high above average except from the plastic glasses. Personal was quick on serving, no complaints....

Stayed overnight with work. London is not my ideal place to stop over but it was for work. Limited parking and once inside there is a very nice foyer and a lift. The lady in the evening was pleasent while the next morning the chap at reception was not cheerful at all. Accommodation was fair but very basic and more...

I took my mum to London for the weekend and booked the Haven Hotel as the pictures on the site were nice and the reviews were okay. I can only imagine that these have been falsified as the room we stayed in was filthy dirty, broken windows, manky beds (with no duvets) and a shower (including the curtain) that was...

At the hotel is everything necessary for a tourist who arrived in London for a few days. Hotel is located near to the city center. Close to public transport links and Paddington Station. Wi-fi works well, the hotel's staff is kind, reception works 24 hours. Good breakfast as well as coffee and tea is available in the room. In any...

The room was very small and décor tired, but I was prepared to overlook this and enjoy the two-night stay. However, I found my bed crawling with insects after the first night, which was unbelievably awful! The lady on reception couldn't leave the front desk straightaway, so didn't see the bed until after breakfast (about 20 minutes later), by which...
