Have now stayed here 3 times, the rooms are small and in need a bit of TLC certainly but always clean and staff very friendly... As has been previously said it's not the Ritz but the Ritz doesn't cost 35 pounds per night for an en suite room!.. located in a nice area with bus stop directly outside to town,...

Dirty, smells awful, didnt go as far as the room that was booked as left at the reception point in disgust and thankfully a confusion over the booking. So if you want to book this place they only accept payments at the hotel, do not accept paypal or on line bookings. And will also try and charge you twice by...

I've stayed in this hotel about six times now and have booked to stay there a couple more times later this year. Although it's basic it's cheap with friendly staff and the location isn't too bad. Last time I went I made a misunderstanding with the booking thinking I'd already paid when I hadn't and when my card didn't work...

Hotel looks more or less like London rental, with great architecture, but bearing the marks of it's long existance. Tiny en suite bathroom was tiny bit claustrophobic, but funcional. Perfect place to stay out all day after a simple, but delicous breakfast. Gentelman at the reception was the kindest person ever. My mom got frozen to death and hoped for...

So on arrival the receptionist didn't know what he was doing. When walking up to the room there was a very distinctive smell of sewage! Then I'm the room the smell was stronger. The room was filthy too. Marks on wall, cobwebs and mould around window sills. The bathroom was disgusting and small. The shower curtain was mouldy and it...

Good location, not far from subway and shops. Terrible smell on the corridor and in room if you don't keep the windows opened at all the time. Dust in the reception. The breakfast was included but I was frightening to try. Wi-Fi? No way! A lady was coming every morning to take the rubish out from room and bathroom and...

This has got to be the pit of all pits, I am in room 14, it measures 5ft by 12 ft, the toilet/shower is tiny, toilet it UNDER the wash basin. The noise from the other rooms is incredible, it seems to amplify through the hall. It is all very dated and very tacky. But at £36 a night it...

It's not easy to find a cheap but clean and in good position hotel. This is very easy to find (near underground and with bus stop to Piccadilly Circus in front of the hotel). It's cheap, clean and with boathroom in every room, thing not easy to find in London.
