I visited this hotel in February. The good points were the politeness of the staff, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The poor points include the road noise is heavy and even with the curtains closed to some would be intrusive secondly the basin had one of those…

I’d recommend the place to anyone in the region. The pub is great and the accomodations in the hotel are good. Great if you go to London for s couple of days. However it’s not in the middle of it. I’d go there again.
"We love the huge family room but they are all about twice the size of typical London hotel rooms, now with a small fridge! And free beer!"
"Some of the rooms are up quite a few flights of stairs- if that’s a problem for you give them a call to check."
"The Peacock room at the top. Some flights up (no lift), but really specious and the bed is great."
"Ask for 1st Floor room"
"If you're staying in the summer, try to avoid the top floor, if you can."
