Stayed one night to see a show and visit some sights. Arrived about an hour before check in time and were told room would be about 15 mins, we grabbed a drink and the guy on the desk bought the keys to us....fantastic to be able to get into room early as meant we didn't have to rush to our...

We had a family room on the first floor at the front....lovely and big and very little noise from the road. Tube was a short 5 min walk away and there's a wetherspoons right across the road which was handy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely reccomed this hotel

This hotel provided all the usual Premier Inn amenities. The staff were very helpful, and the facilities clean and comfortable. Good base for the Tower Bridge area, with a Tube station within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely consider staying here again

I was very pleased with location of this Premier Inn, only a short walk from the beautiful Tower. The staff were pleasant and helpful and as they had our room ready we were able to check in 3 hours early which was great. The bedroom was lovely - huge comfy bed with adequate pillows available and the bathroom was clean...

I often stay at Premier Inn as I know exactly what I'm going to get and this was no exception. A clean room, spotless ensuite and frendly staff. A reasonable price for a central hotel and a very short walk from Tower Hill tube station. I would definitely consider this hotel in the future and recommend it to others.

My family and I always stay at a Premier when on short breaks or airport stopovers etc. in my opinion you just can't beat them for the standard and good value. This particular one was the nicest I've stayed at and was superior to many other hotels that are far more expensive. Great comfy beds, fab breakfast and perfectly clean....

Stayed at this excellently positioned hotel on a mid-week break with the family. It was clean and the service was friendly if remote and a bit stretched. I couldn't fault the size or specifications of our excellent family room which was spacious, spotless an comfortable. Neither could I complain about the location, close to the Tower of London, Brick Lane,...

Room fine, food acceptable, staff helpful. This Inn very near to Tower Bridge which is what we wanted. Only fly in the ointment was the fact that we could not pay for a continental breakfast at the restaurant and referred to reception instead. This is an in house rule which is very irritating, although the waiting staff were apologetic about...

Clean, modern rooms which were good value for money. Comfortable beds, with choice of pillows too. Great transport links round London and close to Tower Pier for trips up the Thames. £3 for 24 hours WIFI access too. Great value for money, good staff and a great stay, thank you!

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
