Stayed here for a family trip, a great location 10 mins walking distance from the Tower of London and the Tube station. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious, had a few meals and breakfast found them both very good. Would stay here again.

We've stayed at many premier inns and this is the best one ever! Spotless in every room, very pleasant staff and we managed to check in at 10am as we arrived much earlier than we expected. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely stay here again for one of our weekends away in London.

Big, comfortable bed in a generously sized room in London. Shower was excellent - with a seat. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The location was great for the Tower of London. A decent and safe hotel. All good!

A very good middle-class hotel with big enough rooms near the center of London. Very good price. Beds are big and very comfortable. Tower and Tower Bridge are a 5 minutew walk away. Can recomend it for citytrips. Breakfast was extra but worth the price.

Hi there, Thank you very much for a 5 star review! I'm happy you enjoyed our new beds. As a company we have invested a lot in our Hypnos beds and they are certainly worth it! I will also pass on this review to our breakfast chefs, they will be real happy you enjoyed their food. Thanks once again, Jordan...

Loved the location, just around the corner from Tower of London, the tube station, buses, Themes river cruise, all within walking distance, the dearest Premiere Inn we have stayed in....BUT compared to other hotels in London, CHEAP. Lovely and clean, great service, and very helpful staff. Loved it.

Usually I have quite a good experience with the Premier Inn, but this was horrible. I paid an appalling rate, received the last room which had no electricity working in the sockets, a heating system which cooked me until I woke at 2.30am unable to sleep, and a shower drain that didn't function which meant the room flooded...really just appalling.

Friendly staff.quieter part of town. Only a stone throw from Tower Of London and Tower Bridge. Also very local to Brick Lane. Only drawback was the bar seemed to close earlier than guests would have liked, but this was a minnow quibble. My room was clean and comfortable.

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
