Pro's: Hotel is very good located for visiting central London, walking distance to Hyde park and 2 tube stations. Personnel is very nice and helpful, hotel is clean, price is decent for London, also you get decent breakfast. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Con's: Room size: very small (1 step from bed and reach every corner, almost no space for...

Hotel is simple but clean and offers good value for money. The wifi system though is not reliable, it stopped multiple time and it was very slow. The login page says the service is only offered for low traffic activities such as email.

The clean rooms are small but big a enough for a city trip when you should be outside the whole day. Staff was always friendly and very helpful all the time. Location is just fine. Two underground stations within a two minute walk. There are also a lot of restaurants along the street.

I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. Asked for a quiet room, but noisy from both outside and floor above. Room was small, but everything in it and good shower. Would have liked a desk/chair in the room so had to work in the communal area, not ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I quite like this hotel, its a bit in the Travelodge mode but slightly better. I will be staying again - so that is testiment in itself. I was there for 4 nights. Slightly strange check-in procedure with a autobank type machine that checks your reservation and takes your cash. But its simple to follow. The staff are very friendly...

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are small but nice. If this is what you need then go for it. In addition, I got a very good rate when I booked just a few hours prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the Wifi did not work during my entire stay. The breakfast room is too small compared to the...

room is not that big for a family but because of other advantages like location, free nice breakfast and importantly you can keep your luggage even after check-out makes overall experience good. it will be good for single and couples.

Stayed at this hotel with my daughters for a two night stay to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. I was very surprised at how lovely this hotel is for the money and the staff are extremely friendly, it was spotless. Rooms very clean and modern, breakfast lovely and all this only cost £210 for two nights stay for the 3...

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
