Amazing service and greatly accommodating to my urgent and immediate needs. The staff really looked after me especially the front desk! During a pandemic they were very clean and respectful and I even got upgraded due to the staff understanding the emergency I was facing. Great intuition and great service going the extra mile

We came to The Hilton Canary Wharf on a trip to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and stayed in a junior suite. The room was very spacious and comfortable with very good facilities. I’m always glad to see a proper coffee machine as I am not a fan of instant but there was also instant coffee and several tea options and biscuits each. We had robes and slippers and good quality toiletries. The executive lounge is still closed because of COVID and we were told that this was reflected in the price. The rooms are sealed so you know it is clean and no one else can come into the room once you are in. There are signs everywhere about their cleaning procedures. The rooms are not cleaned once you are checked in unless you specifically request it and it has to be booked in for two hours when you are out. You can ask for any items you needed during your stay however. We did not bother having our room cleaned during our stay and just asked for extra coffee and toilet roll etc. Breakfast is served in the room on weekdays and by assisted buffet in the restaurant at the weekend. The breakfast choice is very extensive and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We have stayed in this Hilton hotel for three nights from February 14th as a temporary solution while our apartment was being fixed. During check-in, they just handed over our keys, as our booking was paid for by our building management team. However, after checking out of the hotel I noticed that my card was blocked. Apparently, they have taken 4 different authorizations off my card, which I never authorised them to do, as I never sign any document stating my card would be charged for a pre-authorization. I work in the industry myself and I am well aware of hotel protocols and I KNOW this is not done and that YOU are in big trouble. And please enlighten me on how come you charged me 220GBP for a pre-authorization? Isn't protocol usually 100GBP with a maximum of 150GBP with extra authorization from the guests' end? I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OF THAT! See, the issue is not with the authorization necessarily but as mentioned, we stayed there a month ago. Authorization should be released within 7 - 10 business days. Many calls to Hilton, telling me they are sorry they charged my card and told me they fixed it. That was 6 phonecalls ago. In the meantime, my bank has raised this as an offence as they took my card without authorization, and is willing to raise a dispute on my behalf. It's been almost a month since my card was blocked. When will you help me fix this Hilton? My bank clearly stated several times that YOU have to release the money from your end! How can you expect me to live without a card for a MONTH?!

I have stayed at this hotel twice recently and I must say that everything was excellent. Meri and Artemios are a credit to this hotel. I cannot remember the last time I’ve met such friendly and welcoming members of staff.

This hotel is blessed with a location close to both the underground and dlr. Easy to get to canary wharf in less than 5 minutes and a number of places to eat nearby. We parked in the underground car park, but it is limited capacity. Check in was great as were the staff. Room was very good and cleaned to a high standard. Even though we were 13 floors up we were still woken by the trains just after 5am. If you are a light sleeper get a room at the back. Breakfast was good and a very good set up, very safe as was the hotel bar. Shame we visited in times of restrictions, but a very safe hotel.
