Booked with booking.com and paid the same price as what the premier inn was charging £130 so was expecting a decent place. How wrong i was. Asked 4 months in advance for a lower floor room as my son is wheelchair bound. Where did they put us? The very top floor. Had to struggle up every flight of stairs. The...

When we arrived, there was an enormous pile of rubble outside the entrance. Major construction work being carried out. No mention of it on website or over the phone when we booked. Reception desk staff inexperienced and unhelpfull, we complained about the building noise reception said go find another hotel, it was 8.30 pm on a Friday night. tea and...

Upon arrival the hotel looked very shabby and not particularly inviting, although the receptionist was lovely. The room was only £50 for the night which included breakfast (served from 8am-10am I think, we were not told so I looked online) can't comment on it though because we didn't try it. The room was very basic, a small double bed with...

This is cheap for a reason- don't be expecting a fancy 5* hotel. Staff were super friendly and kind, however no hot water for over 24 hours, carpet completely stained and gross, and no extra pillows available?! Remember to bring a mirror if you'll need one, bring slippers and your own towels. You get what you pay for, it's a...

Very cheap in price and standards. Couldn't see the view of the wall through the window as it was covered in pigeon poo!!!!! Had to keep something on my feet due to the dirty carpets. The breakfast included was let's call it special. This place proves the point of you get what you pay for😟

For the price it's a decent enough place, I had an en-suite room with a double bed, my only problems were the size of the shower cubicle which was about 2 feet square with the bend in doors, difficult to turn around and no chance of picking up the soap if you drop it! The other thing was the breakfast,...

Stayed here on a budget during our visit to Wireless Festival. Rooms were disgusting, wardrobe door falling off. Staff told us how it was an unsafe neighbourhood and to be careful:) when we left, they wanted to charge us another £90, even tho we already paid £90 for 2 nights. Waited over an hour for manager to return, even though...

Ideal location from Harringay Station to visit Alexandra Palace, you get what you pay for, a bed & own bathroom, yes the walls are thin & you can hear people running up & down the stairs, but if you are after a bed for a night after being to a concert & don't want to pay the earth & you...

I stayed in a single room. Simply I booked it b/c it was the cheapest one with a private bathroom/toilette. Check in was alright. But the hotel stinks in the hallway. Like, it really did smell strange like, some kind of food or old fabric. The room wasn't 100% ready as in the trash can there were beer cans and...
