I stayed here for one night with my mum as a 'cheap' option for visiting Chelsea Flower Show and seeing Mama Mia. After reading some of the reviews giving this place a very poor rating I was nervous - but we only needed a good bedroom for 1 night (£56 on Booking.com). I upgraded our room to an ensuite for...

We stayed here for 3 nights after arriving in London on a long haul flight from NZ. Although we thought the neighbourhood was a bit dodgy upon first impression, we soon realised it was fine and easy to get around in. The hotel itself was great, clean and tidy with modern facilities. It looks as though it's been done up...

I recently stayed here on a two night trip to London. The hotel is located south of Elephant and Castle and so is quite a walk from the Thames and other attractions north of the Thames such as convent garden etc. we were here primarily on a budget work trip for a conference which was fairly nearby. While we agree...

My wife, mother and I stayed here in May 2014 when my wofe and I were in London on business. The rate is very competative considering its location. The rooms were clean, slightly small and of a good standard. There is a pub on the bottom floor which is also cheap and serves decent drinks. The distinguishing feature of this...

Peaceful place and like it because it is near my friend house. The hotel is clean and quiet and the management staffs are very helpful. Is about 10 minutes walk to the bus stop and to a bus ride to elephant castle about 5 minute to the tube

I like the place and the location and easily access to buses and only 10 minutes ride to take a tube right to the heart of town. It is a quiet place and the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful too.

It is located in the perfect position to easily reach the centre of London. Connections are really good and reachable at walking distance. The place is quiet and clean, the staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean as well. I was totally and positively surprised to fing the fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering (this is no little thing in...

Had three nights here. It was basic, but that was ok. Unfortunately on my last night I saw a mouse in the kitchen and then a few minutes later I saw another in my room. It could have been the same one but I doubt it. The staff were sympathetic but ultimately unhelpful..It was a Sunday night and the hotel was...
