My daughter and I stayed here for a night and the room was compact but had everything we could need for our stay.
It was clean and well dressed and the people on the reception desk were friendly. There were two types of pillows provided which was a great touch and the bathroom was well presented and clean.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the WiFi. It kept going on and off which was annoying so that could do with looking at fixing. It was ok because we could use our data but for foreign guests this would most probably be a bigger problem.

Staying in London a few days and wanted somewhere near both the west end and more importantly the O2 for a show I had booked. Chanced this place as it was a reasonable location and price. Loved my little room and kitchenette, made me feel at home having a few amenities like a fridge, microwave and oven. Frequent busses right outside to go to central London or to the tube stops.

I was shown to my room on the third floor and the property does not have an elevator. As an obese and unfit woman it was embarrassing as the young receptionist sprints up the stairs and I crawl behind unable to speak out of breath. I know, my own fault for that but would’ve been nice to either not have a room on the top floor or for the receptionist to slow down a little once he noticed I was struggling.

Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about this place and would happily stay again. In a lower floor!

I stayed here for a few nights on a city break. I had a single room, which was functional as I didn't spend a lot of time there but it was quite small. It has limited surface space and, whilst everything worked, I did notice the tap and shower fittings were both loose. The room was clean.
I was on top floor at the back of the building. I was staying in July, and it was hot, and there is a sky light. I am 6'00" and I had to stretch to reach it. And the room had trains going past, so pretty loud throughout the night, so ear plugs recommended For the top of the building, it is stairs only and they're quite steep. To be fair, I have stayed in a number of places like this so it isn't unique to here. It is a bit out of London but there is a reliable bus service that stops pretty much bang outside the apartments that will get you into central London in 30 mins or so.

When we arrived we were unable to check in as our room was apparently being cleaned. We did not mind at all and were happy to wait. The receptionist told us that we could leave our bags in reception or chap the door of the room and ask the guests if we could leave our bags in there whilst they were still there. We thought this was odd.

When we got into our room it was very apparent that it had not been cleaned in a long, long time. There was food (fish) leftover in the fridge/freezer. The fridge itself was filthy. The shower and bathroom had ants and dust gathering and there was no soap (we had to purchase this ourself as the receptionist was gone and we could not ask for more).

The bed was stained and sheets were dirty with hairs and marks on them. You could feel the springs of the bed as you sat on it. There were no plugs for charging anything - we had to unplug the fridge to charge our phone.

Upon checking out, we advised reception of the state of our room and our genuine disgust at the lack of cleanliness. The receptionist could not have been more unhelpful and disinterested. We received a phone call this evening advising the only ‘compensation’ they could offer was a 50% discount next time we stayed. We would definitely not stay here again, even if it were free. The hotel did not seem to care either way about our experience.

We are not fussy, however it is not too much to expect that somewhere is clean and you have soap to wash your hands (Especially in times like these). I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. Overall a dreadful stay and we would encourage everyone to avoid this place.

I was very disappointed with my stay last night for a number of reasons.

On arrival I was asked to produce my driving licence or passport. I don’t recall any notice that this was required and as I’d got the train down from Scotland I had no reason to bring either of these.
On arrival I was asked to pay a refundable £100 deposit which would be returned upon completion of my stay. I don’t recall any prior notification that this would be required.
On arrival at 1355hrs, I was told that my room wouldn’t be ready until 1500hrs. I don’t recall any prior notification that access would not be possible before this time.
Given the amount of money I paid for my stay (£198) and the fact that your hotel demanded a £100 deposit I would have expected a higher standard of room than the one I was given. There were numerous problems which need addressing:
Microwave. This was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Fridge. This stunk and there was no way I would store food in it.
Dust. There was far too much dust in the room particularly on the drawers, under the bed and blinds
Bathroom. The walls of the bathroom were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Waste. Previous occupiers' waste underneath the bed and bedside unit was evidence that underneath hadn't been clean in a while.
Noise. The windows were closed yet the noise from street level was as if the windows were opened. There was also a lot of noise from the common corridors at night.

I would like an explanation of these concerns and given you've charged me nearly £200 for a sub-standard room, I believe I'm entitled to some form of credit.

I await your response

Many thanks

Jack

Stayed here for one night in October 2021 for a business trip.
I got to the apartment at around 8pm to find out that there was no parking nearby, even though it states there is parking on the premises - if I knew there would be no parking, I’d have booked a different hotel as I drove over 4 hours to get to London.

I expected someone to be at reception as it states it was open until 10pm, though there was nobody there to greet me and I was waiting for a while, until I found a piece of paper on the window with a reception number on.. Slightly annoying as I was waiting around for about 20 mins and I had a lot to do that evening.
A lady who I assume worked at reception instructed me via phone call how to enter the apartment.

The room looked nice enough when I entered, with modern decor, and I couldn’t wait to get settled in. Though, the more I looked around, the more I realised that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to my arrival. There were marks and stains on the bedding, there was a lot of hair on the bedding and floors, general dirt everywhere, the sink and cutlery holder was filthy, and so were all of the appliances in the kitchen including the worktops. The bathroom was also dirty with hair on the floor, and the towel that you’d use as a mat to stand on was dirty too, as if it hadn’t been washed.
The toilet also did not flush properly.
The LED lights around the room were also broken and so were constantly flickering when the lights were on.

Apart from this, the bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for what I needed! (Double twin room)
If the kitchen was clean, I’d definitely had used it as it saves spending money on takeaway.

I wouldn’t stay here again unless the cleanliness approves, and if I was travelling train / bus, not car.
Very disappointed with the parking situation if I’m being honest..
I left the apartment at around 9am the following morning, again with no sign of anyone in reception to ask how I return the key card, so I had to ring the number on the piece of paper. Even if someone was in reception this probably would have made things easier, and I would have gone down to mention the dirt around the room.

The accommodation was clean, as was the bedding and it was relatively spacious for two of us. We were, however very disappointed with the location, which was much further out than we expected and quite a long walk from an underground station. The check-in process was ok but we were led to a room in the basement which only had ceiling level windows, meaning that there was almost no natural light and no view at all. During our one night stay the hot water ran out and in the morning the kettle gave up. This was my first experience of a serviced apartment and I will not be doing it again. I'll definitely go for a hotel next time as I consider this to be poor value for money.

Not fancy, but easy check in and out. Bus stop literally at the front door and train stations nearby so it's easy to get to anywhere. Our room was clean and comfortable. Super comfy bed. Shower was a bit small so keep this in mind if you're not petite. Shower could do with a shelf or something for the toiletries. All in all I recommend it for anyone wanting an apartment style stay. There's pots and pans and everything for you to cook a meal if you wish.We also had a microwave in our room.

It's not in the flashiest area and judging by some of the noises that we heard early in the morning, probably not a place to wonder around in the wee hours of the morning solo. I really like the vibe of the area during the day though.

I arrived at 7pm to find it all locked up. I couldn't get through on premium rate phone number. 2 residents tried to help me but since I didn't have the necessary pin code I couldn't get a key to a room. I ended up sleeping on a friend's sofa, but they classed me as a no show and I got charged anyway. Really shambolic!

I was in an apartment on the 3rd floor. A really jolly little place, with three skylights that let lots of natural light in. Well appointed. Exposed roof timbers added a vintage touch.

I was impressed. It missed out on 5 stars because of no lift.
