We stayed here for 2 nights while working in London. The hotel is very plush, and the staff were extremely efficient and overly accommodating. We asked if the hotel had parking on booking and was told yes, but was shocked to find out that it was only valet parking and quite expensive (£45 per night)!! There was a lot of...

Only stayed for one night but hotel was absolutely beautiful! Staff are extremely well manned and very welcoming; great customer service. Food was lovely, room was very nice and big, bathroom really nice. Overall I would definitely stay again! The top of building had work being done but heard nothing whilst we were there but definitely doesn't take anything away...

We stayed in London for a few days on our way back from Africa and stayed here on the recommendation of relatives. The advice was poor. The hotel is adjoined to a condo complex under construction and loud sounds of banging etc. began at 7am everyday, even after we requested a room change. The decor is dark and aged 1980s-ish....

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times as location is handy for access across London. Staff are very helpful and food is of good quality Building work near river means it can be a bit noisy. Rooms are quite large and well laid out. Bonus is bath and shower in well appointed bathroom.

Only stayed here for one night but couldn't have any major complaints. Our room was upgraded when we got there (probably due to the on going buildings works either side of the hotel - which we didn't mind too much) which was nice of them, top floor room with a good view over the Thames, Parliament and London Eye. Rooms...

Just returned from 2 nights. I had an internal facing room on the first floor which was fine - this was a business trip. If you're staying on holiday then an upgrade to the Thames view rooms is worth it. My room was quiet & I wasn't bothered by the building works. The service was excellent - a very warm...
