We arrived here after a busy bar called Bubble Dogs. You can check separate review fur that place. Since I last visited the place has been changed somewhat to a more of a " bar " format. We were expecting to have s quiet drink & desserts but were forced to enter the busy bar area which was full of...

My husband amd I had the recent privilege of staying at the Charlotte Street Hotel 2 weekends in a row, due to business out in the countryside during the week between. A colleague of my sister recommended we choose a Firmdale Hotel. We chose the Charlotte due to its close proximity to attractions in Westminster and the theatre district. I...

We stayed at the Charlotte Street Hotel and it is undoubtedly one of the very best we have visited. The quality, ambiance and overall feel of the hotel was first class and the staff were professional, friendly and made us feel so welcome. I dropped my car off outside the door and the next time I saw it was when...

For a real buzzy place of quality come here! Great location and amid lots of great restaurants and bars. Room was very good quality and staff friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and it was really good and then had a drink in their great bar,

This is a little gem right in the heart of London! The hotel itself is cute with wonderful and helpful staff. It's got a great bar and restaurant and the rooms are beautiful! The location is ideal with many restaurants and pubs as well as shopping. Really a wonderful place to stay.

Well appointed hotel in a favourite area of London, with a vibrant street life culture. Disappointed though with no tea or coffee making facilities in room, a lot of money to pay when missing out on a basic facility, other than that the hotel can't be faulted with excellent staff

Thus restaurant and bar is fantastic, you really can't fault the service here and the food and drink are of very high quality. The restaurant does a "dinner and a movie" package which I really would recommend as a different "date night" or a fun evening with girlfriends.

What a delight this hotel is! The very best meet & greet from Sherin on the front desk that made us relax and feel special. The Staff here at this hotel are, without exception, customer focussed and have a 'Can do' attitude. Beautiful individually styled rooms with all those important touches in all the right places! Spotless and perfectly maintained...

Fantastic. Arranged Afternoon Tea for a birthday celebration, they put us in the Library, a private dining area, staff were attentive all day, and the cakes, sandwiches and tea kept on coming. We were also given a complimentary glass of champagne as it was a joint birthday celebration. The cakes and sandwiches were delicious. No doubt we will go back.
