Generally a pleasant hotel in great location. Second time we have been here and staff are polite, however they should and need to anticipate guests needs more Breakfast was not good on the Saturday but they addressed this and it was much better on Sunday....More

I visit London on a regular basis to see shows with friends and we use this hotel because it is situated in a very convenient place. It is easily accessible from St Pancras and the tube. This hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.
