Benn here a few times and it gets even better. Location is great - very close to Finchley Road tube and the Jubille & Metropolitan lines, across from the O2 mall (which is very convinient). Service couldn't be better - any request was fulfilled and nothing seems to be too hard. Rooms are immacuately clean, and the bathrooms are great....

I've now been there quite a few times - close to Finchley Road tube station - loads of shops - a very good theatre, Hampstead Theatre, within walking distance - and easy to get to eg. Parliament Hill - just two stops on the train Finchley Road / Frognat to Gospel Oak .. and you have the most fantastic view...

We chose this hotel for a weekend with friends due to its location and price. Not bad for a hotel in zone 2. It's fairly basic. At least the bedding and the bathroom were clean. The same could not be said for the carpet and curtains as they had some questionable stains. Breakfast was a basic affair but there was...

The hotel is surprisingly cheap for what one is offered! The rooms are spotless, everything seems new and twin rooms are a good size and enough for 2 people to sleep in. The service offered is adequate - the staff isn't going to try to please you without asking, but whatever one needs, will be given. There's actually a sign...

Do you remember those days of lack lustre, disinterested service and tired rooms. A stay here is like a trip down memory lane. Its hard to put your finger on exactly what's wrong - its just that there's little right. Arriving at the barrier to the carpark I was asked to wait a moment, which turned out to be 5...

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night. We were going to see last night of the proms in Hyde Park. The bus to marble Arch (82) stopped 50 metres away (tube 200 metres away ideal for Wembley) and dropped us right outside the door. Most people visiting london use the tube but if you can do some background...

Reading the comments of other tourists we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a good area easily reachable by bus or tube, both stations being within at most 5 minutes walk from the hotel. From Heathrow we took the Picadilly line to Green Park, then switched to Jubilee line until Finchley Road towards Stanmore....

This hotel is located residential area. It is very nice and quiet environment. There are a lot of restaurants around. We especially like the bar named “Wheterspoon pub” in O2 center just cross the street. The food is good and cheap. They have different food choice each day. My kids like this place too because they have big TV screen...

Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly, good value, room was well equipped and clean, and very close to the tube station. Only negative was noise from the street disturbed my wife but probably more to do with us not being used to it. Room was small but not a problem.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. It's close to the Underground, restaurants, and other stores. The free breakfast was a great bonus for starting out our days. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean; the air conditioning worked great during the hotter temps in London. Make sure that you print and take the confirmation sent to you....
