Hotel more suitable for youth group travels ( dormitory option very affordable) but definitely not for a couple both in trrm of price and confort . I've had a better options in London for the same price with more confort and intimacy.

I will only say that I loved it! The floors are all themed up, I stayed at the Doctor Who floor. The bar is pretty awesome, met some great people there. It's very very near St Pancras/King's Cross station, you can go walking with no problem. I loved the place since it's pretty affordable for the great location. The beds...

Generator is in a really good location, great internet and the facilities are ok. Breakfast is simple but ok not worth 4£ unless you fill your plate high. I feel like the staff are probably the the biggest let down. Cold & Unfriendly. & worst, when you need them to help you with information they are extremely unhelpful and unwilling...

Very hip, modern way of lodging. Very accommodating staff and plenty of resources. I went in not knowing what to expect but was thoroughly impressed with the rooms, food and the bar. I would definitely consider this hostel again if I was taking another trip to London.

close to king's cross and reasonably priced for London, but there was not much of a community vibe here. Staff were nice but reserved and I didn't like the fact there was no kitchen (wasn't even allowed free boiling water for tea). Showers not private - people can see through the shower door and there is nowhere to put your...

We stayed here for a few nights while in London and as our first hostel experience we were pleasantly surprised. First the pros. The art and decor is really cool and we loved how each level was themed differently. The rooms were a good size and the beds were really comfy. The food at the restaurant was also really cheap...

The hostel had great amenities, big social spaces/lounges for hanging out and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting London! The place was clean and well maintained with many places to explore nearby.

I really like this hostel. The comun areas are the best place in the hostel: you can know people of every part of the world. You can repeat breakfast times as you want. The bedrooms are "big" and clean. BUT if you want to sleep, this is not the right place... Remember to carry a padlock!

I've stayed in a bunch of hostels in London, and Generator is by far my favorite. Clean, good food, great people, gorgeous decor... love it. Doubt I'll stay anywhere else. It can be a bit pricey though, but then again, so is London.

Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
