The hotel is tucked away down a side street. The staff are all very helpful, and the decor is nice. There are two main lounges where people can sit - but these are fairly small and can fill up very quickly. However, if you can get a spot, a really nice place to have a business meeting.

I was a frequent guest to the Soho Hotel and the Firmdale properties in general. However, having relocated back to North America I have not had the opportunity to stay here in a while. Returning back was like coming home. Service is still exemplary......They just get it and make it look easy. So much so that I get frustrated that...

Lovely boutique hotel, busy throughout the day and night, we were there from 1 to 10pm lots of cocktails and bar food in between the drinks. The Library room was closed for refurbishment, which might have accounted for it feeling busy so early in the day. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel deserve the 5 rating. The staff provide some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. The rooms are fantastic and finished to an immaculate quality and everything is clean and well kept. I stayed here for my birthday and I was brought a complimentary plate of fruit and truffles as well as two glasses...

Central Soho isn't where you'd normally start looking for a peaceful night stay in London, but this very special property confounds expectations. It's located between the busy Dean and Wardour Streets but manages to be tucked far enough back on both sides, and well enough designed and sound insulated, to feel a mile from either. It also helps that the...

Lovely staff, make for a welcoming hotel. Room, was very comfortable and quite large for London. Excellent breakfast, with wonderful service from the lady in charge. A very pleasant relaxed atmosphere with a buzzy bar in the evenings. The only complaint was that on one afternoon there was no lounge area to sit in as it was fully booked for...

We had a short stay in this beautifully decorated hotel , probably the jewel in the Firmdale group's crown ! Kit Kemp has outdone herself with the brightly coloured decor and homely feel .The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The rooms are well appointed and lovely . We ordered room service for breakfast and it was...

This hotel confuses me. The decor is gorgeous. The room we stayed in looked like it was all but newly decorated. Majority of staff are very friendly and offer good service. Its the model that gets me. I find it to be pretentious, penny pinching and lacking in soul. We arrive at the hotel and drop off our bags a...

This place is great! A warm welcome, everyone is very efficient, the rooms are lovely and the beds huge! I stayed with a group of friends and we all got room upgrades and a free cocktail in the bar which was delicious! The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was everything you could wish for! Stayed here many times always with a great experience and superb service. Located in the heart of Soho with easy access to all restaurants, theater and entertainment options. Refuel restaurant is also a convenient and solid alternative if you don't feel like venturing out.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
