Amazing stay! we've stayed in the Kensington one last year for my birthday and we had an incredible experience so we had to come back and try the one in soho. both hotels are in a fabulous location and the staff are the very best. they are so friendly and accommodating and we couldn't ask for more. the rooms are to very very high standard and we really could not fault anything. thank you for both of our amazing stays. we are back at kensington this October for my dads birthday!

Hotel's Favourite
Had a great 5 night stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the service from the reception staff was 5 stars .. friendly and helpful, showed us to our room (I think was room 3022). Room was a good size comfy bed, lovely bathroom with rain shower and perfect water pressure. You can not get a better location and the room was strangely quiet....this is our new go to when next staying in London:)

Once thank you for your heartfelt comments and I am looking so much forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to London. Kind regards, Bettina Hotel Manager PS. I love the pictures of room 322!

Hotel Soho sits tucked into a quiet end of the street location but centrally located close to everything. The hotel is clean, rooms are decent size and staff are terrific. The only negative we experienced was we booked through a 3rd party and hence were put in a room that was on the main floor behind a entry door to the hallway that had to be accessed through a lock. This room was next to the linen and maids work rooms, only a couple of rooms down this hall. I feel that since we booked through a 3rd party and not the hotel directly that we were given the worst room location in the building. Definitely book directly through the hotel. We definitely will return but next time will book through the hotel directly.

I am delighted to read that you had such a wonderful time with us and found everything to your liking - this really means a lot to us. We always aim at providing an outstanding service with a personal touch and it is indeed comments like yours that gives the team an extra boost - thank you! Also, as we are blessed to be located in so central location, as the Soho area is, there is always something to do and something to see, being so close to the hotel to have a peaceful night sleep. In regards to the room, I would like to kindly inform you that we do not process the rooms allocation depending on which booking channel the reservation was made so, I am terribly sorry to read that you felt this way. Once again, thank you very much for your amazing feedback, it is much appreciated. I hope to be welcoming you back on your next visit to London. Warmest regards, Pablo Reception Manager

Conveniently located right in Soho, but at end of a street so unwanted noise is very minimal. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! Room and bathroom is clean and updated. A/C, fridges and microwaves in rooms. Very much enjoyed our stay here. Would absolutely recommend!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! We were able to walk everywhere from it. It is extremely clean and the hospitality was superb. I would only say to make sure you receive the room you paid for. I reserved a larger room (which cost more) but was checked in to their smallest one. This was fixed almost immediately with the attention of a manager.

Dear mikaoh2023, Thank you so much for your amazing 5* review following your recent stay at The Resident Soho. I am delighted to read that you have taken advantage of our central location. We are blessed to be located in so central location, as the Soho area, where there is always something to do and something to see, being so close to the hotel to have a peaceful night sleep. I am very happy to read that the Duty Manager managed to change your room straight away but, I would like to clarify that you were checked in the same room type you booked, a King/Twin room. However, due to the lay out, each room in our hotel is different and so, the size may slightly vary but, under no circumstances we would process a check-in to a lower room category. Once again, mikaoh2023, thank you very much for your 5* review. I hope to be welcoming you back on your next visit to London. Warmest regards, Pablo Reception Manager

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a few days in London, we would highly recommend The Residence Soho. My wife and I just returned from our first trip to London and stumbled on to this charming place in the middle of Soho. The hotel is right off Dean Street with its many fun restaurants and also within walking distance of Oxford Street and great shopping. An underground tube stop was right around the corner that got us everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were small but very clean. Most importantly to us, the staff was among the friendliest and helpful we have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived (and they handed us a welcome card and chocolate) to the time we left, everyone was pleasant, kind and fun. Did I mention the evening wine pour! Highly recommend this place.

Stayed in a suite (as they call it) which was two separate rooms with a separate robe, bathroom and toilet and of course kitchenette. Room size was lovely and it was bright and sunny. The area is excellent for shopping which is why we were there. Just off Oxford street with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Reception staff was lovely but is it the manager that makes this place. We will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay

Fabulous hotel, just goes above and beyond!! First and foremost the staff are incredibly friendly and forthcoming. Evita brought up oatmilk and afterwards ice for my granddaughter's cold coffee. I believe that the unexpected heatwave brought out the best in the hotel: who would believe that they left a card in the electric slot in the room so that it would be constantly airconditioned!! I can only reiterate and give kudos all the reception staff's recommendations and the hotel's location. It spoils you since anything more than 4 minutes away is "far"!! Theatres, restaurants and cafes, shops, nt to mention the fantastic Elizabeth LIne virtually around the corner. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to all!
