This was a cheap (ish) place at £180 for 2 nights in a family room so I wasn't expecting a lot. It was however worse than I expected. There is no reception desk, so intermittent text instructions were received. Oddly, there was still no-one there...More
Arrived only for no one to be there, after calling he couldn't get to us so tried to send us to another bnb for the first night, and then left us stranded. Had to go somewhere else after waiting 3 hours for this phantom landlord...More
Everything about the property was horrible. The building it's self from the outside looked awful and nu-inviting, on entering the building the stairs carpet that was supposed to be cream was grey and filthy as well as hanging off in some points. The smell on...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
