Easy to get to from Waterloo station with just a 10 minute walk. Friendly welcome greeted us and the helpful and friendly staff made sure we had a great stay. Clean rooms and a great shower. Food excellent and highly recommended. The central London location was ideal for 3 days of sightseeing and to take in a play. Excellent.

The room was bigger than I expected, the bed was very comfy, there is quite a bit of internal noise but nothing unbearable. Will come again. I can't comment on food except breakfast which filled me for the day!

First time there and the situation and building inside is lovely with helpful staff. Room was overlooking the station so noisy. En suite was spacious and shower nice and powerful but in the morning we got a rather horrible sewer type smell that was not was expected. Dinner at night was at best cafe food, basic but fine but not...

Food and drinks reasonably priced for London but still just pub style food. Rooms can the lower level are pretty noisy. We had a trucks...

On several occasions we had rendezvoused with our daughters in-laws at the UJ when we are in London from New York. We always have a delightful time in the lounge or at dinner in the dining room. It is perfectly located near Waterloo Station. What a gem for veterans and their families and friends.

My husband and I came here for a few days, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a nice double room (117) on the 15th floor, small but adequate. Good view, not noisy and the bed extremely comfortable. Fantastic Buffett breakfast, to cater for all tastes. We ate in the restaurant and bar, both very nice. Bar prices are great,...

This is a wonderful venue in central London with all the facilities you could want at a very good price. The only "but" is that it is for non-commissioned services and former members of the Armed Forces and their families, rather than availability to the public writ large. However, if you do qualify then this is a wonderful, comfortable, well...
