Executive room - spacious, high ceilings, lovely details. The bed is super comfortable. No noise, regardless of being so central. Fantastic for a shopping spree! Stuff was attentive and the meals at the Steak and Lobster never disappoint. Exceptional find amongst similar options, reasonable pricing and overall a great experience.

I have stayed in this hotel twice found it on hidden gem site . It is right at the top of Oxford Street so is perfect for shops. It is virtually next door to marble arch tube station and there is a cinema few minutes away. The rooms were modern clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly. The...

Really beautiful hotel. Very nice room, very very comfortable bed :). I was surprised to find fruits and water in my room. :) Very good breakfast, nice staff, also good location. You are in the center of London. Just few steps from Marble Arch/ Oxford street, but still very quite place to stay. I could suggest this hotel for romantic...

I stayed one night at the Marble Arch Hotel for a business trip. I was disappointed the moment I saw the building. It looked more than an apartment building than a 5 star hotel. I was hoping that the exterior did not reflect how the interior looked like and I couldn't be more mistaken. The lobby was more like a...

The worst experience of my life! To start with our television in our room did not work, after we complained it took them 2 hours to fix it which caused us to stay in the room missing reservations and with no television which we paid for. We then discovered our complimentary water was half full and we found rubbish beside...

A great London BnB. Our host Myrtle was delightful and welcomed us into her home. We like a comfy bed, in a great neighborhood, near all transportation options. And a delicious breakfast to start the day. This had it all. The location is ideal. Myrtle can help with day planning and details of sights, teas, shows, dinners. We had a...

After many years of complaining of the hotels I stayed in London, I found the perfect boutique hotel, as the title of my review says, I enjoy staying there and highly recommend it to any business man that after a day of work, like me, come back to a place you can call home!
