My main purpose was a quick visit to see family but I visit London frequently. Intimate & clean B&B with great access to transportation. Liz/Owner was very graceful & welcoming. Nice breakfast in conservatory. coffee/tea in your room. Queens Park gives you a feel of residential life in London but only a few stops on the underground to central London.... More

My dad has stayed here twice and loved it. Liz is very welcoming, her home is beautiful and Queen's Park is a lovely area, only 20 mins from Oxford Circus but very quiet and leafy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Had a very enjoyable few days at The Roost bandb. Really lovely time with Liz and Jazzy who looked after us and entertained us. The hot weather allowed us to sit outside in her very pretty garden drinking our morning coffee. Couldn't recommend more highly and can't wait to return. Sally

Excellent quality! Outstanding service! A plush experience in a very good central location. Liz, the hostess, is most welcoming and kind. Generously comfortable. My first choice in London. Peaceful and quiet too.

Nice House, lovely hostess, a tiny haven in quaint surroundings, terrific breakfast, absolutely clean, good bed. What else does one need? A freindly dog? There is one! It is a terrific B&B on all accounts.

The Roost is situated in Queens Park, a lively neighbourhood in the heart of London. The pretty courtyard garden is in a quiet residential street only five minutes' walk away from the station. Transport facilities are excellent and are in close proximity. There is very easy access to all major stations, airports and motorways. Nearby restaurants, bars and cafes produce a wide range of good local food. A superb location for a Boutique B&B. The accommodation is warm and welcoming. We provide quality en-suite rooms with full hospitality trays, in a tranquil and happy atmosphere. Surroundings are very comfortable, interesting and filled with an eclectic mix of furniture, objet d'art and pictures. Breakfast is served in a light and airy conservatory overlooking a charming, very private walled in garden, where weather permitting, one can eat al fresco and enjoy the sun. Fresh orange juice, homemade muesli, berries, fruit, croissants, jams and marmalades are available along with an assortment of coffee and teas, all beautifully presented. ... more   less
