Didn't enjoy my stay here. The electronic lock on the dorm door (#12) oftentimes decided to not work and that sucked when I was locked out at night and everybody was sleeping. The lockers were rather small, you could rent one for $5 deposit, which is fine. The kitchen was not too clean and there was just a microwave to...

Web page says reading light and power socket per bunk - there's none of that! Bathrooms very cramped and not always clean! Staff very friendly and nice. Pub a good place to hang out. Location is great!

Unfortunately I was coming to the end of my European holiday so was scraping the bottom of the barrel for money so had little choice to lock in this hostel. It's a little out of the way and if you're walking at night you'll be looking over your shoulder. The pub downstairs is nice to relax and clean - THEN......

Where do I start? My flight was severely delayed at Heathrow, contacted the hostel to let them know there was no way we were making check in at 11pm, would it be possible to check in at midnight. Nope check in closes at 11. Asked to speak to manger, changed the guys attitude completely. No toilet paper the entire stay,...

The location and setting is great, although the bunk beds are stacked three high, they look like they've been thrown together with glue (scary) and the cleaning standards were appalling, no soap in bathrooms, and worst of all BEDBUGS, terrible infestation in room 1 where I stayed, PLEASE DONT RISK IT!

The place seemed okay at first, a little dirty but not bad. I woke up in the morning with 70 bed bug bites covering my entire body. I found a bed bug and brought it to the staff. They acted like it's a totally normal occurrence and seemed annoyed that I was complaining about it. When I asked to speak...

The worst experience in sense of cleanliness and convenience for solo female traveller. I didnt expect Hilton due to cheap price and I didnt mind that hostel is dated, female showers were pretty dirty, drains full of hair, but what I REALLY were not happy with was BED BUGS. After 10 days I am still scratching! When I complaint next...

I have stayed here for maybe a couple of months, leaving a few times for short trips but always coming back! I love this place! It has a really cosy bar and garden! A friend that came to stay with me said the bar with sofas reminded him of the TV series "Friends" :) Adorable staff! Included in the price...
