Considering its location close to four tube lines (Piccadilly, District, Circle, and Hammersmith and City), that whipped me into the tourist areas of London in a heartbeat but isn't as noisy as a hotel located in the West End, the price on this place is a steal. Hammersmith is such an interesting and affordable neighborhood that I would definitely stay...

From the outside we thought we'd found a really nice place to stay, sadly once inside we realised this wasn't the case. Our room (30) was very small and had a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The carpet was filthy and the furniture shabby. The divan bases and mattresses were stained. The bed linen was clean but only...

Got to the hotel and the man behind the desk was polite enough! However the room was smelly and smelled as though someone had been cooking spicy food for the past year, so not entirely pleasant. The wifi code I was given for the room as well was not detected on any of my devices therefore rendering that useless. Room...

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was just perfect for us. Rooms very basic just bed and bath a little cramped but suited us fine as we were out all day. Rooms were also serviced every day which was a bonus. So close to tube and max 15 mins to Oxford street. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very disappointed with this hotel. Yes it's budget but I do expect our room not to stink of stale smoke. Have a dead fly and dust in the coffee mugs in the room. The sink needed repair and the carpet linked to the bathroom was soaking when the shower was used. It would have helped if the door on the...

I come up on business to London a couple of times a month and stay at budget hotels, which are always hit and miss, but usually decent. The service here is okay, the room was tiny but clean. I know it can't be helped but I had a room facing a busy road so the noise was very loud. The...

So let me say the hotel is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. So don't get to excited if you see the pictures of the front view of the hotel with the blue lights. That's nice, but let's get back in. When you enter the hotel you will find the "reception" it's just a desk. After that there is the...

We travelled down on the Saturday to stay overnight after booking in advance with booking.com On the Thursday, a £125 pending charge appeared on my account from Eviivo. This later turned out to be a pre-authorisation. On arrival we were charged the £125 for the room but weren't refunded the pre-authorisation. Of course this left us short for the weekend...

Our family of 4 stayed for a night during a recent visit to London. Located just 5 minutes from Goldhawk station on the circle line, we found the Quad ensuite room to be modern, clean, convenient and was ample for purpose. Would recommend this hotel.
