We stayed over the New Year's to treat ourselves. It was our first trip so we were really hoping to be able to see a bit of the cityscape from our room. Unfortunately it faced into an inner square, so our total view was windows in all directions (including up). We asked about the possibility of switching - and the...

Given that I was on an all-night flight, another 2 hours to get to CW, then head straight to office; I thought I was fortunate that the hotel would let me use its health club to freshen up early in the morning before heading to the office. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my room ready at 08:00!!! I...

My Friends and I stayed here for 2 nights, and loved our stay. Hotel was perfect and had everything we needed. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming. It was a perfect location with lots to do. We were only one stop away from the o2, which was perfect.

I spent a week in this wonderfully positioned hotel and my overriding impression is of the amazing staff! I arrived on a Sunday morning after an 11.5 hour flight delay only to find my luggage hadn't followed along with me. The front desk made it their mission to alert me the second it arrived, constantly following up with me to...

Perfectly clean, comfortable and functional business hotel. Staff very helpful . Food good quality and parking just across the road. Also easy walk to business areas and other restaurants. No hesitation to stay again ... but pick a room away from train side as some colleagues said it woke them up, allow time in restaurant as not quick to seat...

Coming from Asia, this is a 3-star hotel at best. The rooms are clean and functional, and the staff are very helpful. However the decor needs an upgrade in the guest rooms and bathrooms. The Executive Lounge is really not worth it. Worst lounge I have ever seen! Continental breakfast in the lounge is cold cereal and a greasy croissant....

I stayed in this hotel with my family, mainly for convenience, as we were attending a 50th birthday party, which was being held downstairs. The staff were really lovely and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Quality hotel service, would definitely recommend.
