My wife took a friend for her birthday present for Afternoon Tea and was delighted with the service (especially Rui who served us) and the standard of food, not to mention the free flowing Prosecco. Extremely good value and overall a really pleasant afternoon treat.

This was a great value for a long-term family vacation to London. The rooms are large, much larger than any average London hotel room and slightly bigger than a normal Marriott. Kitchens and several nearby supermarkets allow you to have breakfast in your room. The gym is very good. The nearby Canary Wharf development offers a lot of dining options... More

If you need to be East London for Canary Wharf, Docklands, O2 or Excel this is a fabulous hotel to stay in. From the doorman to concierge and everyone in between the staff are so helpful. I did not have time or energy to eat in the restaurant here but had breakfast and room service and it was excellent. I... More

It's not a bad hotel however if your room is on the north side of the building then your view will be of a piece of wasteland below the DLR line, which you will hear approximately every 5 minutes as it rattles by. the decoration and furnishings etc are very nice and the bathroom has a great shower and bath, but we... We were taken to London for the weekend by our friends as a wedding present staying at the London Marriott Hotel West India Quay for two nights. The hotel is a very nice hotel, with nice welcoming and efficient members of staff at reception, in the restaurant and the bar. We had a lovely time, our evening meal was really... More

I have mixed feelings about that hotel. The location is pretty good, the staff at the entrance and the reception is helpful and nice, the rooms are quite big and quiet. But...room service is crazy, I don't understand that on the level of such hotel they or try to save on amenities or don't care about that. We got one... More

Our first stay at this hotel, I liked the area, there lots of restaurants at the India Quay and shopping possibilities with easy access to the convention center and to the city of London by DLR and Tube. Nice and pleasant stay, we will come back

Stayed here overnight with friends for a concert at the 02, combined with a visit to Westfields, Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room couldn't be faulted. We booked a room with two double beds, which was spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom with a great shower ! Very comfortable bed and outstanding pillows ! Great bar service and bar snacks. The... From my previous reviews it is clear that I rate this hotel very highly. Having just returned from our latest 5 day stay, I am happy to say nothing has changed. The staff are all wonderful. I could mention any number by name, but the list would be too long. The executive lounge is a wonderful haven; G&Tea excellent for... More

A real Marriott standard hotel in the heart of the docks. DLR train connection is just a few minutes away. Rooms are good, although I don't understand why there were no slippers and bath robe at the room. Breakfast was good, however not great.
