Staff as usual were absolutely fabulous and everywhere in the hotel spotlessly clean and room service and breakfast run like a well oiled machine. Wholeheartedly recommend this lovely hotel and no need to be nervous about staying in these unusual times.

Myself and my sister booked into this hotel for 3 nights after being badly let down by an Airbnb rental. We were upgraded to a room with 2 double beds for the same price as a smaller room which was a nice touch. The hotel was extremely Covid safe with staff getting temperature checked, rooms sealed after cleaning, hand sanitizers everywhere. The room was very clean and spacious and had a great view over Chelsea and Fulham. We opted for breakfast one day which was a limited buffet and then a choice of cooked food for £10 which was reasonable - not the greatest breakfast but convenient. Thank you to Shareen (sorry if I’ve got that wrong!) for checking us in and for being so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are not cleaned but no problem to get extra milk, toiletries etc as needed. The location is ok but not many good restaurants within an easy walking distance - a mile will take you into Fulham near Parsons Green where there is a great choice of eateries.

I have been staying in this hotel now a couple of nights per week for over four years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and have been especially good over the last 12 months. Great spot to stay.

Great hotel with fantastic links into central London, train station a 2 minute walk away. Very helpful and friendly staff and nothing is to much. Hotel restaurant offers a good range of meals and there is also a choice of restaurants close by. Rooms are clean and modern.

Booked myself for two nights, due to have business in the area. Received a call a night before in regards to my booking to ensure I was staying at the hotel for a valid reason due to the UK lockdown. Whilst on the phone call the person confirmed my notes about needed a late check out which was appreciated. Whilst checking in, two front desk ladies were there. Also received a cookie and asked if I wanted a bottle of water when checkin in. I want to say thank you to Nefrin, I believe her name is and her colleague. Very helpful throughout my stay. Wifi was strong, was given a room on the 5th floor which is their HiltonHonours floor. Bathroom in the room was a bit old fashioned which is why I would have reservations staying there again unless I needed too. A bath curtain in 2021?? Room was spacious. Head Bedboard was definitely wear and tear. Tv is very small, if need a big tv id suggest another hotel or most Hampton By Hilton Hotels. Tesco express is literally across the road which is good and many fast food delivery can deliver to the hotel. I had parked my car on the side roads, parking is free on Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday so parking in the car park isn't needed if staying over the weekend. Overall a decent stay, thank you to the staff.
