A good hotel that is good for the visitor to Canary Wharf at the weekend. Lovely breakfast and very nice staff at this hotel. Rooms good and over look the Wharf. You can get a bargain at the weekend if you keep looking. Good for me and the wife.

Stayed here for a business visit to Canary Wharf- which is literally a stone's throw. The most easy access to the West India Quay DLR station also makes it a compulsive. choice. The breakfast was wholesome and a offered a decent spread. My only gripe would be on the offering of housekeeping service- not sure why they can't offer a... More

This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we can't wait to come back. Front desk staff, lobby bar, housekeeping staff all A+. We love the space of the apartment traveling with our 11 & 13 year old. Easy tube ride anywhere we need to go and excellent restaurants around property. Our favorite place to finish the day... More

We stayed here after attending the ATP Finals at the O2. Located only ten minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube station it was an ideal location! Total journey time probably only took 20 minutes as the O2 is just one tube stop away. The hotel was nice, the room was a good size and we had a nice view of... More

Our travel agent booked this hotel and didn't realize it was an apartment, not the hotel. For short stay, never stay at the apartment as none of the guest services is available. Front desk people didn't even acknowledge your loyalty membership and treat you like below average guest. Nasty front desk woman. Found cheaper room on the Marriott apps at... More

First point is that a lot of folk complain about the location and getting to the hotel. It's a lot easier than many people make it as the hotel is only five minutes walk from the Jubilee Line at Canary Wharf taking you to and from central London very quickly. It's much easier than using the DLR. The apartments are... More

Canary Wharf is a business district. If you're visiting for business in the area, the apartments are fine. For tourists, the apartments are only worthwhile for those who need a very basic kitchen or more than one room to spread out. Otherwise, this isn't an ideal tourist location and there is nothing to draw you here. My overall impression of... More

Recently stayed for a week. There was no tray on which to put things into the oven. There was no oven mitt for removing anything hot from the oven. There were no dishwasher tablets for using the dishwasher (and you can't buy small numbers nearby). The air conditioning in each room was repeatedly reset (by housekeeping?) to 22C+ after we... Apparently at this one Marriott property, there are actually two properties. A hotel and an apartment property. I stayed in the apartment property not really knowing that there was a major difference between them. As a long term Marriott member, I typically get free breakfast and access to the executive lounge. Not the case here if you stay in the... More
