Staffs at check in were nice. Rooms were clean and tidy. Very close to public transport to London. Breakfast was very nice and it was all you can eat. There are supermarkets nearby so it is very convenient.

Was impressed with the staff in the pub serving breakfast being told to get my own knife and fork because staff were to busy, being looked at and told by An abrupt lady when I asked if more breakfast was being brought out "of course" And also the room this time wasn't at its best the bathroom had a leak...

The hotel is clean, nice and very close to the tram, 1 min walk. Rooms are spaciouse and warm, the only thing that i didnt like about this place is the food quality in the restaurant. But there is big shopping center across the road so that is not a problem. Really enjoyed the breakfast though.

Our third visit to Beckton. So handy for the M25 and the DLR is next door which gets you in to Central London in 45 minutes. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Asda just across the road if you forget something!

Stayed in Premier Inn in November after a concert in the O2. DLR next door, local shopping on the doorstep. Free parking, wifi available. Comfy mattress, fluffy, warm duvets, pillows - all you need for a good night sleep. Kettle in the room for your morning coffee/tea. We had dinner in the Brewers Fayre downstairs.

We stayed here new year's Eve as it's on the same road as a family party. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very little sound so the rooms are very well soundproofed. The hotel is split into two with the reception next to the pub.

We stayed here in December to visit family. Check in was really easy as we booked online. Parking is available. There is a bar and restaurant attached, and the food is of a good standard. The staff were really helpful and friendly, for those of you who don't drive the transportation links are brilliant there is a bus station accross...

Located right next to DLR station meant getting into London was a breeze - no need to worry about noise from trains as there is one!!! Only one change and you are in the centre of London or at the Olympic park (35 mins/20 mins). We didn't use the restaurant as ate out so can't comment!! We were woken up...
