Being my second time (first was June 2017), i have come to love the place. Comfortable, secure, affordable and excellent quiet location close to tube. Lucy is an excellent hostess. I will definitely stay here again.
This hotel had been a nightmare from the beginning. They accepted my credit payment long before I left and then denied the transfer right before I got to London. I had to pay right then and there with money I didn’t budget for. The hotel...More
The hotel is central and well connected to the rest of the city. It's definitely clean, and the host is very nice and fully helpful.
The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants, and absolutely safe in every hour.
The hotel is really well located - close to Gloucester road tube station - and Lucy is very kind and friendly. The room I was in was clean, toilet included, and of a good average size. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Dear Mr. Paul,
writing spiteful and untrue comments helps people like yourself to avoid this place!
what you say is defamatory and racist!
we are proud to have been here since 1949,for your knowledge we welcome any race, religion and nationalities.
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
