Me and a couple of friends booked this hostel for a night staying in London, mainly for the location which I have to say is very good, just minutes away from bayswater tube station. Another positive was, that it was very warm, which is always a good thing on a cold winters night. Receptionist was very helpful and to the... More

This has been THE most terrible hostel I've ever been. First of all i dont even know how to start, the receptionist didnt know how to talk english, she made fun of us and laughed just because we wanted an early check in... The whole building is so smelly, it is located in a rare street, room heaters dont work,... More

It's a vertical building, with skinny stairs. No lifts. There is so much noise. If you want wifi in the room, you must to pay for it. Free wifi only in reception (little space). Towels are solding for 5 pounds (no rent). Some rooms don't have warm water.

You get what you pay, I've been in lots of london hostels, and the cheap ones are all the same. The best thing of that one is the situation, near by bayswater and queensway tube estations, and Nottin HIll is just a 15 min walking. Is a good location to explore london, but it's the only good thing it has.... More

Then this is the perfect place! They might not be the classiest hostel you can find around bayswater, but the location and price you pay for the room more than makes up for it. Breakfast consists of cornflakes and toast (don't get your hopes up for it), but is fine as something small to eat before you leave. 24 Hour... More

The place is near two underground stations: Bayswater & Queensway. The breakfast was not the best. I personally, do not like the 3 bunk beds but the fact that there were curtains for every bunk was great. The reception is open 24 hours which was very impressive. The staff was also great and friendly :)

During the checkout, we had to bring down all the bed sheet etc from the 4th floor thru very2 small staircase, then the male receptionist yelling and call us 'stupid' just becoz we bring down the comforter as well. He's so lucky we didnt get his name and we cant wait coz the cab is waiting outside.. He's sooo damn... More

This is the most disgusting hostel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty, there are foul smells throughout the hostel. The kitchen is unusable, only a hob and a filthy microwave. The fridge is full of rotting bags of food. The 15 bed dorm is so small you are climbing over the top of everyone trying to get ready.... More

Stayed here with friends for a college trip and it was awful. We felt uncomfortable as soon as we arrived, the atmosphere was quite unfriendly. The whole hostel smelt really bad all the time (a bit like school dinners). Despite being in a group some of us were put in separate rooms (all 15 bed dorms). My friend had her... More
