This is really a small hotel/guesthouse with real value for money. Nothing fancy but nice clean rooms. Friendly managers. Nice breakfast. The hotel lies close to a tube station - very good location. We already stayed there maybe 10 times. We definitely recommend this small hotel/guesthouse.

Stayed here for night in family room for London trip over two days. Any family with 5 children knows the difficulty of finding a room to suit. Friendly greeting, was allowed to leave my car here for two days even after we checked out. Wide choice for brekkie, all freshly cooked (sausages not great though) but that's the only gripe....

After a long day of sight-seeing, it was so nice...
