Safe to say it's one of the best budget hotels in the area. I have stayed there many times over the years and have never been disappointed. It has recently gone through a refurbishment and breakfast buffet is included. Some of the rooms are a bit small though.

Pros: - Near Paddington Station, only less than 5mins walking - 2 mins walking to Bus Stop to most of the tourist attractions - Lots of restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket in walking distance - Good location if you go in big suitcases - Breakfast is good and tasty - Wifi is working fine and quite fast Cons: - Rooms is...

I arrived at the Cardiff hotel on the 15th February 2017 for a few days holiday, the lady on the reception desk was friendly and said my room was on the 1st floor facing the front of the hotel the room I had was a double room it was not very big the bathroom was very small it only had...

Box size room used as double bedroom with absolutely no space to move around. Smallest possible bathroom with shower fitted in under stairwell. Shower head and shower control at or below eye level - health and safety issue here. Only point in favour was that it was clean. Wifi abysmal despite claim of super fast broadband, and breakfast adequate despite...

Friendly reception staff. Rooms well appointed. Tiny bathrooms. Breakfast not inspiring and the room very cramped and hot if the hotel descends on it all once which happened one morning. Wifi worked well. What made the difference for me was its location which is a 2min walk from Paddington station and the therefore value for money. Would stay again.

Hotell close to Paddington Railwaystation and tube. Nice people in the reception. Very many stairs(77) to my room. The tinyest room I have stayed in. You have to slide sideways to sit on the toilet. The room was clean and had the aminities you need. Boiler, coffe and tea, hairdryer. It took some time for the hot water to run,...

Me and my 4 friends stayed in hotel for three nights. Even the family room can be larger this one was clean and we had enought place for all. The breakfast is good as well the staff. The only problem was tiny bathroom (supose the normal situation in London) and basement room.

Perfect location. It's just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. The twin room is quite small and shower room is tiny. Narrow stairway with no lift. I've had hard time to bring my heavy luggage upstairs. Overall acceptable for a short stay.

I stayed here for work during the time of the Brexit vote. The price was great, but the room was tiny. If you're on your own and just need a bed, toilet and shower, then go for it! There's literally no room for anything else.

Everything was fine: the breakfast although the same every day, was more than enough: warm and cold, traditional and continental with a variety of choices: beans, bacon, sausages, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, toast, fruits, butter etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but it's not an inconvenience since you are there to visit London. Situated on a...
