Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at...too bad I prepaid for a 4 night stay. Extremely small and overheated. Wi-Fi is laughable, it is so bad. Rude and incompetent check in staff...even after on-line check in was required with all data such as credit card, etc. the staff have trouble finding the pre registered and prepaid reservation...and...

So this was a 2 night stay on the way home to Australia from a routine trip to the UK. We were put for the first time, in the basement of all places. In a room so small you had to literally crawl over beds to get around. So I went to reception to ask for a better room, they...

Freezing, rude staff. Heating allocation time so had to grin and bare it. Terrible. Asked about the temperature of the room (it was -1 outside) and was told quite abruptly and rudely about it "coming on at 6, sorry" rude.

Firstly the staff were perfect and did their best to help. They were courteous even when people complained about room size. They tried to rectify by offering different rooms, but not much could be done because they are all small but some so very small if you were over 4.6 in height your feet would hang off all the beds....

Let's start with the positive, the hotel has a good location, it is within walking distance to Paddington station which is on many good tube lines. However regarding all the rest, this place is not great. First, the bathroom smelt really bad. In addition, the bathroom tap has little pressure so it was a struggle to brush teeth or fill...

I have stayed in this hotel for one night earlier this year. In a nutshell, this was the worst hotel I ever been to. A nightmare! The employees were too rude especially the receptionist. The hotel is too old and had the weirdest structure in terms of rooms allocation. I literally spent more than 15 minutes trying to find my...

It was a nice place to stay, as it is quite close to Oxford Street. :-) The room was very tiny, but who needs more if you plan being away from it most of the time? It was clean and tea facilities were provided - a kettle and tea bags. They cleaned the room every day. We did not eat...

The hotel served its purpose and I enjoyed the stay! PROS: - good location with Hyde park and metro stations nearby - clean rooms - helpful staff CONS: - somewhat unreliable wi-fi connection - disorientating corridors with narrow, steep and squeaky stairs - breakfast was not included in the price

Stayed for one night with my partner. We booked online at booking.com and got a great discount price. We stood outside the hotel unsure if it was actually the right place (looked very posh). The room was small but cosy. Had tea and coffee and a kettle plus a tv. The bed was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as you...
