We booked 5 nights here, hoping to make this a comfortable base for the London leg of our journey. But it was extremely disappointing. This is our second night, and we still have not been able to get the WiFi to work in our room....More
We had a pleasant 5-night stay in a family room. The location is very convenient, within 10 minutes' walk to Bayswater Underground Station, which can easily connect to Paddington Rail Station. There is Tesco Express & Sainsbury Local within a few steps of Bayswater Underground...More
My friends and I booked this accommodation a week before we stayed there. We were not expecting much from this accommodation as it was one of the most affordable ones in London.
Overall we could not praise this accommodation enough and would definitely rebook in...More
Items went missing from my room. More like a backpackers than a hotel. Front of house staff dismissive and unhelpful. No AC and windows don’t open for fresh air. Minimum housekeeping. Weird layout - avoid.
The location was good, near bayswater and further down Queensway tube stations, also buses along bayswater road can take you to westminster area and London eye. My family of 4 adults and 2 kids stayed there at the start and end of our trip and...More
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an
experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.

It depends on the apartment you get. I am not sure if others are better but my family of 6 (parents and kids) got an apartment with 2 rooms (living room and the main bedroom). The main bedroom had a queen sized bed and the living room had two makeshift beds which were quite big. We could fit four kids into the makeshift beds. Honestly, it was a little underwhelming as it wasn’t really up to our expectations and was also smaller than expected. I would recommend if you were to stay there, buy the biggest apartment and make sure to add in requests to suit your family. I am unsure of other good serviced apartments as I only stayed at The Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments. The provided breakfast doesn’t really have a good selection. Also, do take note it is quite hard to find as the taxi driver and all of us got lost. Hope this helps.
