Stayed here as we attended Radio 2 festival in Hyde Park and this was convenient. The room was really small, there was me,my husband and our 12 year old daughter but the double bed was comfortable and my daughter said her single was fine too. Nice room,we were only there to sleep and it was clean with everything we needed. Breakfast...

Stayed for 2 nights to attend concerts in Hyde Park which was a ideal location with easy access to Paddington station. I booked a double room when we got there turned into a family room which I never gave a thought about until I opened the bedroom door, in a small space they had squeezed a small double bed, a...

Breakfast is ok for this level of hotel. Got the family room which is a bunk bed and 2 doubles. No AC so if you're looking for that it could be troublesome. Remodeled bathroom so definitely usable. Safe with 6 number combo so a little more learning curve to use. Excellent location, close to underground and of course paddington station,...

This is the most disgraceful hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival we were told our room was not ready, we were happy to leave our luggage and return in a couple of hours; which we did and still our room was not ready. Eventually by 18:30 we were able to check in, with three very tired children we...

We re a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and planned to spend 2 nights at this hotel in London. The reception area is very bland but the rooms are tiny. We had problems moving around or even just opening our luggage. Being that we arrived in the evening, we just had dinner nearby before sleeping. The breakfast next morning is...

Athena Hotel is near Paddington Station, so we stayed there for a night before catching the Heathrow Express the next morning. Great location, lots of things going on in the neighborhood, close to Hyde Park. Only complaint was that there is no A/C, fairly common for London - we were there on the hottest day of the year so it...

Location was great, and reception staff friendly, but room and breakfast.. When we opened door to our room ( 8 ), very strong stench of a damp potatocellar ( read mold ) welcomed us. Room was otherwise clean and no bed bugs, but in the bathroom sink pipes had almost inch mold growth in them. I think the room was...

This is indeed one of the BEST three(3) star rated hotel I had experienced in LONDON.The hotel is located near PADDINGTON STATION, and one could used the HEATHROW EXPRESS right from the airport to Paddington Station, then a 8-10 minutes walk will take you to the hotel. Many buses stops nearby and can take one to all the sights of...

The hotel is perfectly situated in Sussex gardens near Paddington station and walking distance to Hyde park. There are good communications just round the corner from the hotel. This is a simple, clean, family run hotel. Don't expect luxury, but you will get a kind wellcome and staff that will do what they can to make your stay a success....

We looked for a hotel that was close to the tube, clean w/hot water, low noise level, and close to eateries basically somewhere to crash for the night. This checked off all the boxes. My reservations also included breakfast which was more than decent. London is very tight so you would have to get used to the tight spaces (within in...
