On arrival to Sapphire hotel there was a notice on the door to go down 7 doors to emerald hotel to check in. On arrival a young chap in jeans and a t shirt took payment and gave us a card to our room. Not overly friendly and it all felt a bit dodgy. Down a narrow staircase to our...

Arrived at the hotel around 03:00 due to a flight delay. The manager was definitely unhappy at having been awoken up. The first thing he said or asked (instead of a normal civilized welcome and greeting) was to tell me that I need to pay there and then. Room located on the last floor without elevator. No mentioning or offer...

My wife and I have stayed in a few hotels along this road. They have all been very similar. The position is excellent. Its between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith Broadway. Its a 10-15 minute walk in either direction for the Apollo theatre or Westfield shopping mall and all the main transport connections. There are bus stops outside the hotel in...

The room for three was not very big but suitable for a weekend away. Unfortunately the door broke, and they somehow unplugged our fridge so our food went off... Other than that clean, and friendly. Lovely location! Would go again

Ok, so me and my partner stayed here for a week as she was visiting from Brazil, and weren't looking to break the bank. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is very good, the Westfield mall, is very close and a supermarket and pizza take out is opposite. There are some good pubs (in particular the sindercombe social) very...

Booked into this place for one night when visiting London. Looked good on their website. However reality was very different. On arrival, AFTER, they had taken payment, we were told we didn't have a room in this hotel, but would be staying in their "sister" hotel 7 doors down the road. This was despite having a pre booking. Alarm bells...

So you're thinking London, Shepherds Bush, under £100 ( just!!) it's going to be bad!! Not so here, rooms are compact but modern clean and comfortable. Nothing more nothing less!! Dodge the leaking ceiling in reception and you can't go wrong!! Good nights sleep

Not a lot of good to say unfortunately. The hotel is noisy - walls and ceilings are thin so expect to hear plenty of noise. Very small rooms and photos are deceiving. The service, though flexible was not particularly friendly. One positive is that the kitchen staff were friendly, however the breakfast itself was rather basic. Certainly not much value...

Ok so this hotel is cheap but it's also not pleasent! You get sent to a hotel 7 doors up, my room was boiling hot. I asked numerous times to have a hairdryer that worked but mine just over heated and burnt out. The shower sprayed everywhere from all the holes in it but not over me. Got the bathroom...

We had high expectations of this hotel after looking at photos on their site, well photos lie. Firstly the shower was not attached to the wall so had to hold it while showering. We did tell the manager who said he would sort it but never did. Secondly the curtains did not meet the bottom of the window which looked...
