MK Hotel in Putney, is an excellent base for your time in London. Putney has retained it's village vibe, excellent pubs, restaurants on the River Thames all reasonably priced. Easy access to all of London on the tube and river ferry. The hotel rooms are, simple, clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast is excellent, staff are available but rarely seen,...

Rooms are cosy and no foyer , but rooms are very clean and hotel is perfectly maintained . Very convenient 24 hour check in and excellent communication and service . Breakfast is also great . No frills but squeaky clean and the location is superb .

I arrived after a long, wet day at Queen's Tennis tournament. I had to ring the bell several times to gain entry but once I did the man behind the desk was very helpful. The reception is not manned 24 hours a day so there are arrangements for if you arrive after 10pm. The rooms are very stark but reasonably...

I stayed here on 29th April 2016 in room 303. I was expecting a basic hotel and that is what I got. There is no lounge. The room was supposed to be King size but it was a small, white painted IKEA-like box room with 1 wall and shower painted bright lime green. Ugh. The brown suede chair was comfortable...

All I want when I stay away on Business is a clean fresh room and not too much noise at night. On a whole this place delivered. Considerably cheaper than the premiere inn across the bridge too. One criticism however , I ordered a double room for one, as I enjoy having a whole double bed to myself once in...

I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. I found the room very modern and comfortable with everything I needed. The heating was broken but staff arranged a heater for me. In addition, I had several food intolerances and didn't quite expect the hotel cold cater for these, but they did. I felt well looked after and found...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes it may be basic. But it delivers what it promises. Simple but clean room. Continental breakfast. Things work as they supposed to be. One hidden bonus I'd say is the park nearby. A very comfortable walk. But it is a bit far from subway...

We booked the hotel based on location and price ( Putney) but was pleasantly surprised. On arrival a bit concerned by the No frills entrance and reception but the friendliness of the gentleman on reception put our minds at rest and gave us some great recommendations for eating out. The rooms were very white but very clean, bed was very...

I stayed here for two nights because it was close to my clients. First the good: - reasonable price - clean - efficient The reason for the 2* is that it is noisy. There is single pane glazing on the windows along Putney Bridge Road which means the rooms receive all the street noise - read "no sleeping". Ironically, this...

Fantastic price for central London. Previous reviews mentioned it was noisy, and it was a bit, but you're in the centre of Putney, so if you're expecting peace and quiet, go to the countryside! That aside, the room was great. The bed was really comfortable and even though it was compact, it had everything you wanted. The staff were friendly...
