It is not easy to criticize this hotel for a few reasons: the location is awesome - Kings Cross station and the stunningly beautiful St Pancras station are right down the street, all public transit is all but right out the door, Euston Station is even within walking distance if you have time. So many interesting sights, shops and eateries...

Lots of stairs.....no lift. My husband who is in his 60s has bad knees and he wasn't very happy. Pleasant staff. Basic breakfast. Very small room.......I had to climb in and out of bed, which at the age of 69 was not very easy. Tiny shower room. Everything was clean enough and towels were changed every day.

We stayed one night before travelling to Paris on the Eurostar. Our room was at the top of a very narrow staircase in a building with no lift. Room tiny and bathroom even smaller. Breakfast average but basement area dirty and unwelcoming. Would not stay again.

We've been staying here for the last years once in October for the NFL series and I have to update my original post. The hotel has renovated the rooms: bigger TV, fresh floor, a little better beds than before. The biggest improvement has been done to the bathroom: Glas Shower door, the shower is now lower than the floor and...

We had requested a ground floor room, as we knew we would have several heavy bags, but upon arrival were informed that these rooms were reserved for the elderly and those with mobility issues. Fair enough, but the website and booking sites should be more explicit about this. It was hellish to haul our bags up the several flights of...

Loved the tables in the courtyard for a late evening snack/drinks after a day of touring. The room was too small but we are organized about our things and managed fine. Proximity to Kings Cross metro key to getting around the city. Cafes, small grocery shops and pharmacies all in the neighborhood.

Heavy doors meant it was very noisy as people went in and out of their rooms. They didnt offer any soundproof either so other guests may as well have been in my room when in the hallway outside the room which was quite unnerving. I wore earplugs on the second night so wasnt quite so disturbed. And this may just...

Typically, unfortunately London standards, of over priced of an average room. Breakfast, didn't muster a smile, for us, as tinned fruit and economy cereal really was below expectation. Only positive near Kings Cross.

Stayed for 12 nights. Room was small but had everything we needed and was serviced daily which was a welcome surprise. Fantastic location with easy access to King's Cross St Pancras. Narrow stairs leading down to basement room, but not too hard to negotiate. Bed was very comfortable. Was reasonably quiet even with the window open, despite being in such...

There were pubic hairs on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower as well as the walls of the shower, crumbs on the bedside table, the to control was covered in dust, the kettle was grimey on the lid. We had to get the receptionist to change the bedsheets because there was a pube with something that looked...
