Rooms ok size wise but need of tlc. All I can really say is you get what you pay for,and it was cheap. Breakfast was bizarre, not enough room, and staff looked like they were nurses. Staff were friendly. Ok for a night.

This hotel was billed as 3star but I have camped in better places in developing countries. The room so small there was no where to unpack a suitcase. The bed was a LayZbed. I asked if I could move to a larger room but was informed that they were all a similar size. . Shower room stayed wet all day....

This hotel is a complete rubbish. We arrived early, at around eleven in the morning. We paid for an early check-in (15£) because we need to catch the play time of les mis (2:30), but we were still checked in at 1:00pm (normal checkin time is 2:00pm). The water heater don't always work and when it does it can cook...

The rooms are absolutely tiny with no room to even swing a raccoon. There is no where to open your luggage so best of luck to you if there are two people in the 'closet' of a room. The sheets had a pube hair and where badly stained. There were often black hairs in the sheets. The shower is tiny...

On the whole the hotel is very cheap for such an excellent location, but you get exactly what you pay for. Small rooms, uncomfortable bedding, very dodgy heating, tiny shower etc. We didn't mind as we are students and also wouldn't be spending long in the hotel itself. We flew out of London Jan 9th the morning of the tube...

The fan didn't work in the bathroom. The sink was blocked. The sheets on our bed were dirty. We had to retrieve fresh sheets from reception ourselves and change them ourselves. Upon changing the sheets we discovered the disgusting mattress underneath. The breakfast was poor and the breakfast staff were rude. Good points: * The night porter was friendly *...

There were two people trying to come in, first time was at night, nearly 2 o'clock, the other was in the morning. They all had room card and had opened the door, even I shouted out please don't come in. Strange and unsafe!

We've stayed here before. It's a very central and convenient location. The rooms are good, beds are comfy. Not much choice for breakfast. It's self service. The dining room is a bit cramped but adequate.
