Cozy building, "classical", with small but fresh room and nice staff. Easy and comfortable stay, budget style. Very close to the big parks, tube stations and a variety of dining places, on top of it all. :)

Much of this hotel has just been refurbished, so it's in good shape. I often stay in London overnight and want a central hotel where I can get a good night's sleep for £50. This ticks all the boxes. In the last month I've stayed here three times and it's become my go-to crash. The staff are stand-out friendly. There...

When I arrived there was building equipment on the stairs and on the landing making it very dangerous for children and myself as a pregnant person. The single rooms are very cute and have refurbished bathrooms. However you can literally hear everyone from floor one to floor 4, making it incredibly hard to sleep. The rooms were too hot so...

Absolutely disgusted by this hotel. We were up 65 stairs with two young children. The room and bathroom in particular were disgustingly filthy and looked as though it hadn't been bleached in years!!! The room stunk of alcohol/sick and there were no safety barriers on the windows. Considering it was the top floor and a family room. To top it...

Poor customer service, tiny room (seriously, you cannot turn round in the bathroom without opening the door to the bedroom). Very limited parking and confusing as to what is allocated due to there being a hotel immediately next door sharing the same car park. Our shower was freezing and the manager didnt even want to put his arm in to...

Stayed here for over night stay while doing winter wonderland . Hotel was clean with very friendly staff. On site parking charge of £30 day Which was cheaper than NCP car parks in surrounding area. Saved over £40 by ringing hotel direct instead of going online on well known sites advertising cheap deals. Obviously not the ritz but stay there...

Short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat for all budgets. Room was recently renovated including bathroom. Free wifi (which works well) and breakfast was included. Great spot to locate whilst visiting the tourist spots of London.

Except for the location there is nothing else positive about this hotel. Tourist trap, they charge all your nights in advance and offer crappy accommodation. It's poorly maintained and be careful with the false advertisement about "refurbished rooms". They might have been refurbished 30 years ago - check the pictures if you think I am exaggerating.

Had a window at street level - Very noisy indeed By Breakfast Room - So got disturbed by domestic staff as well. Front desk staff very abrupt and not at all helpful.
