Brilliant service. Lovely food. Very attentive and even got my mums birthday cake with candle to come out which was lovely. Friendly happy environment very chilled, Will defiantly visit again. Everyone from the start was very polite.
Had a voucher to use from Buy-a-gift for Afternoon Tea and bubbles and with a last minute trip to London with a family member we decided to see if we could book somewhere for a treat. We found Park Grand and thought we could visit Kensington Park and Palace while in that area of London and then go for our Afternoon Tea. I phoned on Tuesday morning to see if we could use it on the Wednesday and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and booked us in straight away for the next day. We also had a child with us but they told us we could decide what we wanted to do for her on arrival - either normal menu or afternoon tea (they didn't have a children's menu but it wasn't to much of an issue for us as she is 10) On arrival, on warm muggy London day the air conditioned building was a relief and straightaway the staff at reception couldn't do enough for us. We went into the waiting area and offered a cold glass of water as soon as we sat down, just nice little touches. Once we got to our table, we were served by Steve who was really friendly and helpful and really went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time, nothing was to much for him - even spotting when the water was low in a glass and filling it up straightaway - some of these little things seem to have been forgotten elsewhere, so it was nice touch. The afternoon tea was lovely and the prosecco we were given was really nice too (not the biggest fans of prosecco either) All of the food was fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed everything that we were given - sandwiches were Egg mayonnaise, cheese and cucumber, chicken and tuna mayonnaise, lovely sweet crumbly scones with jam and clotted cream, carrot cake, lemon tart and chocolate mousse. We ordered the 10 year old an Afternoon tea, as she didn't want anything off the main lunch menu and she really enjoyed it too. It was a real treat for all of us and just what we needed.…
The room had everything I need. Very hospital environment. Special thanks to Meer and Hamza they were very helpful and honest. These guys saved me after forgetting my back bag outside the hotel. I am very grateful 🤍🤍.
Irfan and Moselle were super helpful making our stay very comfortable and also helping us when we were in a bit of a stop with our out of town cab bookings to Oxford. They are very friendly, take ownership and initiative, going above and beyond to make you feel at home
Visited this lovely boutique hotel for few nights as I love this location which is close to many places I had to visit. Loved the tasty fresh breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Irfan was always ready to help me with every information and help I needed. Thanks so much to everyone for wonderful relaxed stay. Will be coming back surely back to this hotel.

Brilliant stay at the Park Grand, Big Credit to Moselle. A huge asset to your business, very pretty and helpful. Had a great stay especially as it was my birthday too, will defo stay here again and recommend to others.
Had a great stay at Park Grand London Lancaster Gate Hotel! The room was very clean, bright and comfortable. They provided complimentary snacks and drink sachets in case you get hungry at night, so that’s a nice gesture. Location wise, it’s a short 10 minute walk from Paddington station with lots of eateries along the way. This was my second stay at the hotel and they upgraded me to a bigger room on a higher floor. Special mention goes to Irfan and his team for such thoughtfulness and attention to detail! I would recommend this hotel without any second thoughts!
Lovely afternoon Tea for a friend's birthday. Fresh cut sandwiches, melt in the mouth scones and a very good bottle of Processco. I would recommend this hotel, staff and service excellent, Steve looked after us very well.
