This is the worst hotel experience in my whole life, never ever stay in this hotel again. Upon arrival, the front desk told me I didn't pay even though I paid two months ahead of my arrival, they later admitted that they made mistake, but they refuse to give me full refund. the room was mildly dirty and smelled of...

Great little hotel - chosen for it's proximity to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station ( both only 2 minute walk away). Got into London verrrrry early, after a long flight from Sydney, with a 6 1/2 hr stop in Hong Kong. Went to hotel to hopefully to drop off bags at about 7:30 am, while we staggered around looking...

We recently stayed 4 nights at the Comfort Inn Victoria. We chose it mainly for its location and weren't disappointed - 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station, about 10-15 mins walk from Buckingham palace, 5 minutes walk to one of the Big Bus and Original Bus Tour Hop on Hop Off bus stops, close to theatres etc etc. We caught...

Dear Guest, It’s wonderful to hear we were able to live up to your expectations and the travel links suited your needs. I’ll be sure to pass your comments on to rest of the team members, they’ll be thrilled! The TV signals shouldn’t have caused a problem. A call to the reception would’ve changed your experience. The worst value hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was very poor, windows did not close properly, the room smelt damp, the shower room was small and disgusting with mould around the edges. The toilet seat was falling off and the sink plug was jammed. Breakfast was of a very poor standrad

Other than some confusion on the part of the taxi driver, who dropped us at the wrong Comfort Inn, (despite our giving him the address!), after a short walk, we arrived at Comfort Inn-Victoria, conveniently located just across from Victoria Station and St. George's Tavern! Victoria Station was our jumping off point, as we took advantage of the London Underground...

Stayed in Comfort Inn, Victoria with three other couples. As in the well known phrase for real estate, the important thing about this hotel is location, location, location. It is only a block away from Victoria station and just a few blocks more to Victoria Coach station. Make sure you don't get the two confused like we did. It will...

This Comfort Inn is situated in an old London townhouse with small rooms, small beds and mostly no views. But this is London and the location is excellent. Just around the corner from Victoria Station and 10 min by foot from Buckingham Palace. We also walked to Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Picadilly and Covent Garden. This Comfort Inn is basic,...

Stayed last week at Comfort Inn 18-24 Belgrave Road Victoria London. Fortunately for only one night. The room was the dirtiest I've stayed in and smelt accordingly. Filthy floor, uncleared shower and soiled bedding. Arrived slightly before check in so weren't allowed to view room. It was probably ready but staff gave impression it was just too difficult. Terrible place, tiny rooms, terribly noisy as you can hear the one above walking on your head, the neighbors talking, the people talking in the corridor.......slept barely two hours, was checking out the next day!!! If you really want to go for it, ask for the last floor !

We chose this chain hotel because it seemed fast and easy. We generally have an expectation and this hotel met that expectation. Standard, nothing truly special but clean and reasonable. Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
