If you want a clean hotel, the Luna Simone hotel is the place to stay while in London. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is included, Hair dryer, t.v., phone, tea & coffee in the room. Clean towels every day. Room is cleaned every day. If you use a washcloth, take one with you as well as a regular size bar of soap....

4 of us stayed here for almost a week in April. It was very convenient to 2 tube stations (Victoria & Pimlico). The 2 brothers & their co-workers were pleasant & caring about our needs. The rooms are very small, but CLEAN (same for the bathrooms) - & since we were essentially out all day, the cramped area didn't matter...

We stayed there for 8 nights and were truly surprised with the quality of the hotel. We were told at booking that there was no lift and the only room was on their 4th (US 5th) floor. I was pleased they let us know this up front. It was quite an adventure climbing the old and uneven stairs up everyday...

My husband and I stayed at Luna & Simone for 2 nights and would definatley stay there again. The only negative was that there is no lift and our room was on the 4th floor, which meant 8 flights of stairs with our very heavy suitcases. Otherwise, everything was great. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order, friendly service and plenty...

I chose this hotel based on it's price and the reviews I read here on TripAdvisor. But, it was even better than I expected. I stayed at another budget priced hotel last trip, and it was OK. Worn and plain, but OK. The Luna and Simone is far, far better. It is very nicely decorated, and looks like the paint,...

I stayed for a couple of nights as I wanted to be near Victoria Station as I had an early flight out of Gatwick. The hotel was nicer than I expected for the price. I was in a single room, pretty high up (5th floor?), facing the back (so it was very quiet). The room was small by US standards,...

We thought the Luna Simone was a great hotel and felt instantly welcomed to London when we checked in. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. It was more spacious than the last hotel I stayed in in London, but it was still more cramped than an american hotel room (of course). We didn't hear a...

The Luna & Simone is located in Belgrave Road, nice area with lots of smaller hotels. With luggage, it takes a 10-minute walk to get there from Victoria Station. Alternatively, bus no.24 runs along the hotel and takes you from there via Victoria to Westminster. We arrived at 10:00am. Although our room had not been cleaned yet we were lucky...

The Luna and Simone Hotel is a short walk from Victoria bus and train station and in a lovely neighbourhood. The location is fab and if I had stayed longer than one night I would've tried more of the local bars and restaurants. I found all the reviews from trip advisor very useful and accurate and can understand why this...

I stayed at the Luna & Simone last month on a family getaway trip. We got a triple bed room for 100 pounds, inlcuding a free breakfast and free internet access downstairs! The service was great, especially during breakfast (which was delicious). The location was convenient as well, as it is a short walk to the Pimlico tube station. We...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
