We stayed here for two nights in May 2017. Our room was small but comfortable. The location was safe and convent to public transportation, a short walk to Victoria Underground. They also had a very nice, complementary breakfast.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Family run with charming and helpful staff. Loved that there was a converter in the room, as I had brought a European one instead of a UK one. Would most definitely recommend staying here.More

We stayed at this gem of a family-owned and run hotel for three nights and really couldn't have chosen better. The welcome from the Desira family was warm, our room on the ground floor was small, but recently refurbished with a very comfortable bed, gleaming...More
The location was awesome, 10 minutes walk to Victoria station, where you can get a non stop train that will reach the airport within 30 minutes. Room had a nice balcony over looking the street. Bathroom was clean and spacious considering London standards. The service...More
We visited London for a few days on a spring break trip. We loved this hotel. Within walking distance to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. The brothers who own it are fantastic and serve you breakfast each morning.
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and
some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

You can call ahead so they will be there to pick you up upon arrival and when you leave let them know what time your flight is and they will get you to your departure terminal.

We stayed in early July and the weather was fine. But it's hard to predict what it will be like for you. The rooms that we had both had ceiling fans and the windows did open. You may wish to ask for a room in the back of the hotel to minimize any street noises in the event that you open your window. Also, I'd suggest a room that is on one of the lower floors because they do not have elevators. As for safety during the evening, we were a family of 4 with a 17 yr old boy and 13 yr old girl. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is in a nice residential part of town so there were people going about their daily business quite a bit. Nice street and well lit at night time. Extremely easy public transportation right outside the door and/or taxis were easily accessible.
