Belgravia B&B is in a great location close to Victoria station and around the corner from Elizabeth Street with all its great restaurants and high end boutiques. Rooms cosy but well designed. Ask for a room on a low floor - Los if stairs!! Really good breakfast . Everyone loves this place and they are now in Edinburgh and Weymouth.

Great location near Victoria station in quiet residential area. There had been a mix up with my reservation such that when I arrived there was no room booked for me. This was quickly resolved. Room 17 is on the third floor up 6 narrow and steep flights of stairs, no lift. This could be a problem if you have heavy... More

After lots of research and review reading, we booked two rooms at B&B Belgravia for 3 nights due to its proximity to Victoria Station. We understood that the rooms would be a bit small and dated. (Dated is perhaps the wrong word--scuffed up might be a better description.) We checked in after our overnight flight, and were impressed that one... More

The hotel is nicely located just a small walking distance from the Victoria station. The personnel was friendly. BUT our family room was in the basement of the building and there was a really strong "basement odor" in there. There was mold visible (black dots) in the bathroom. Also the bathroom door lock was broken and it was not fixed... More

We spent a week at the B & B Belgravia. Because we flew into Gatwick the train from the airport goes to Victoria Station, which is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. The Hotel is more of a boutique hotel than a true B & B. The breakfasts were lovely, staff was helpful, and the room was clean, large... More

Good location for theatre and short walk to Victoria station. We had continental breakfast included and it was already in the fridge in our room. Bread for toast and cereal and pastry and yoghurt. Could have been better value for money but I guess for London and the area it was pretty good. Converted houses into hotel rooms and no... More

We just returned from a 5 night stay at B&B Belgravia on our first trip to London. We were in room 9 in the back of the main building. PROS: Location....easy walk to Victoria Station, very nice upscale street, price and breakfast (except on 1 occasion all seating was full and had to wait 5 minutes to get a seat).... More

Pros: Like the location, with a residential neighborhood feel and close to Victoria Station. Very good cooked to order breakfast, internet access, coffee & tea always available, most staff very helpful. Cons: Needs maintenance, my room was run down. Bedside table and trim from shower were on the floor in my room when I checked in and were never fixed... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week. We arrived a bit early and they were able to get us in the first cleaned room. No. 21 in the Studios. It was perfect. Clean, quiet and cozy. London hotel rooms are not big, but this was just fine. A double bed, a table and a closet to hang clothes.... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
